GT can come with AWD. The old chargers came in AWD for all models even the HEMI can have AWD. Was a good design and would take off without spinning

Only on the SXT. The GT and above are limited to RWD only. A Heni takes up too much room and the car would have to be lifted to accept a giant transfer case to make it AWD....
So no, it's physically and actually impossible to have a V8 with AWD from the factory. If you HAVE seen an AWD Charger with a Hemi....it's custom.
From what I even remember, Dodge made an AWD hellcat powered chargers for the US police, but for the normal production cars only came in AWD V6s.
