May 1, 2024: The closing event of the Alison R. Bernstein Media Mentoring Program featured remarks by Dr. Roxane Gay, the Gloria Steinem Endowed Chair in Media, Culture and Feminist Studies at Rutgers University. Dr. Gay, who writes the NYT Column, Work Friend, stepped into that role live and answered pre-submitted questions from the audience about common issues that women in the world of work face.
