Some really useful storage and organization tips. This is seriously one of the best produced van tour videos I've seen to date. Plus a cameo from the legend, Jimmy Chin! 👏

This is the most organised van I have ever seen, everything is so well thought throughout and no space is wasted. One thing many people in Vanlife always overlooked, (or maybe they don’t find it important) that is you can live in a van but doesn’t mean you need to look like you live in a van, so kudos to Christian.

First, u have the most organised van i ever saw, everything has his place, as it shoud be, key to a happy vanlife is organization..... One thing i dont like, u store gas cooking tank inside your van, that is not good for safety, even if u have a detector, from various reasons that May fail trigger on, best place for mounting gas tank is under your car, it May be difficult to reach when changing it but it is more safely so, also consider upgrading your power system, get a induction cooker and forget about gas, carbon monoxid detectors ....... For your bycicle u can get a rack mounted on your rear door near your spare wheel, u can lock it for safety......... Very wise decision to change wheels and suspension, many people do this mistake, build a great van and forget wheels, and when they want to get some remote places they discover their tyres cant make it......... Van is not for every body, i said it before, but offers u a freedom like no other, if u know how to handle it, stay safe, i gladly wait your next video, im curently at my home but plan to hit the road next week....... Hi, greetings from Malaysia. Sure enjoy viewing your comprehensive video. Like your organising skill and attention to details and in maximising and keeping most of your essential stuff intact and also living life in a van and the outdoor to the fullest. You are a good looking adventurer and all the best in your undertakings and endeavours. Stay safe. God bless
Definitely one of the best produced videos I've yet seen. The opening music is fine, but what drew me in was not hearing it as you were talking. Your attention to detail, even minutiae, really made your home open, and you did it in a deliberate and relaxed way. You took the time to tell what repairs you had to make, and what needed would have to be fixed in the future. The condensation from your refrigerator being a possible issue is something only one other video even mentioned. The toilet thing was funny., You're easy to watch and even easier to listen to. Thank you for taking the time to produce and share this glimpse into you and your home.
This is one of the cleanest least cluttered solo vans I’ve seen. Love her efficient use of space and her minimalist mindset. Exactly the type of van I would want. I don’t think I could go without a dedicated space for a shower and toilet, that’s just me. But other than that - bravo!
@@stumpyplank6092 lol no, until I was 9 years old, my parents lived on a “back to the land” homestead about a 30 min drive to the nearest town in the mountains. We had no indoor plumbing, just an outhouse, no heating other than a wood burning stove, and our lighting came from kerosene lamps. For the last couple years, we did have a cassette toilet in the cabin. It was definitely an interesting way to grow up. How bout you, how many years (or minutes) have you lived close to a cooker etc.?
Very impressive. Your knowledge about every aspect and detail of your van conversion is absolutely incredible, especially the technical aspects of a conversion like that. Every little nook and cranny of your van has a purpose. It also helps when you know how to communicate like you have. Although it was long, I was captivated by you the whole time. Very well produced video.
This, for me, is one of the best most detailed and informal solo female vanlife vids I've seen. I LOVED your detailed explanation of how and why you store your things the way you do. And how you utilize every nook & cranny. How you stay prepared for all occasions and what you keep in all of your prep bags. I love that you explained your necessities and tools for obstacles you've run into. I learned a lot from this vid. Thank you 🙏🏽 May GOD continue to keep you safe throughout your travels &journey in VL. 💖
I agree this was so enjoyable to watch as well as super clear information. Plus she has a wonderful energetic vibe. I cried a bit at the closing shots. It's so beautiful out there and I long to live amongst that beauty and diversity of regions. At 65 and alone I wonder if I'm up for the challenges involved. It's definitely got me thinking more than any other channel. Beautiful van 👏✨🙏
Best review I've seen by a mile. Clutter, mess and lack of cleanliness is my big no no. Your ideas of utilising space for storage is incredible ..Very inspirational .Thanks
You have one of the most well organized, aesthetically beautiful, and chock full tiny homes on wheels that I have ever seen! I love it! Thanks for sharing!
You inspire me to start my own journey of living on the road 🤗 I never knew it was so much fun and actually a healthy lifestyle to say...No stress, no bills or this and that. Just the best way to travel the world. I'm impressed really. Thanks.
Amazing! Aside from a very detailed and helpful van tour, I can tell that she is what I would call really living the life on her own terms. This is the best example by far. I love that there is people out there inspiring others to do the same.
Best van design I have seen so far! Functional and a bonus that it’s my aesthetic. Loved everything about it. Fantastic job, and thank you for sharing!
let me tell when it is a lot easier to clean when the space is so small. I couldn't keep up with cleaning in a house, but it takes 15 minutes to clean up in a van. But it is also just as equally easy to make messy. I still think the upkeep in the van is easier then a house, but thats just me as i prefer smaller spaces over bigger spaces.
Really good, thorough, complete tour. Love that you don’t waste any words or Ummm. All the info is helpful. You are clean, organized and efficient. Thank you for the tour. Very informative.👍
This just shows that people don't need a house to live in. I know there are pros & cons to van living but that is what she chose for her next chapter in her life. My wife and I live in a 843 sqft house in Colorado and it's plenty big just for us. I could even down size to a tiny house if we sold our house. Seeing you have thought out how to organize your van is a game changer for feeling relaxed and in your zen mood. Having a neat and clean place can really change a person's mood. Keep on traveling girl and ✌️
This shows why you do need a house. Has to find a place for bathroom as well as shower. Now the size of the house needed for a person is a different thing.
Wow! You make it look so easy! I'm an architect and love the white space of your van. Great attention to detail on every level from the engineering to design aesthetic. Great job!
I really like how open and informative she is in this video. I like how she shows like all the things that are in her cabinets because it really shows miscellaneous things that you carry around with you that you do actually need that are left out of a lot of Van life videos. Like that she shows that she has detergent in her van and cleaning supplies as well as Windex as well as the glue and she also had something because of static cling and the steamer because yes you don't want to look all wrinkled that is so great and she's so open about talking about you are going to need to poo and how she does it without becoming gross about it but she still manages to get her point across absolutely awesome
Christian, You seem made for this. ALL of this. I have watched a lot of your videos. A marathon per se this week. And I don't really know why. I am 58, a woman that would probably never do something like this but would probably love it. I love to travel and experience new things. I am spontaneous, love people but you have also shown me a side of myself i didn't know i had. And I love living this lifestyle through your videos. I just wanted to jump on here and tell you that i watch a lot of you tube. I watch a lot of different influencers from makeup and hair to traveling, tiny homes, minimalist decor, and yes, van life. But enough about me. I find ALL of your videos aesthetically pleasing. From the way you converted your van, to your camera work... simply amazing. The type of look you have, voice, mannerisms, everything about your videos just very, yes, aesthetically pleasing. I enjoy them so much and yes i am planning to purchase a few things ;-). I really want to do the van thing, but i have a hubby that would rather not. NEVER the less, thank you. I am glad this has become your job! You are amazing at it. Keep up the good work. I know at some points it is hard to come up with new ideas, but being real is comforting and a learning experience even for those who watch you. Thanks again! much love, peace and Happiest of New Years!
Such a beautiful and very clever setup, Christian!! I made my mattress topper into the whole sheet and blanket set combined with zippers. I took out the fitted sheet elastic and added a very long zipper, that attaches to another sheet (which covers the underside of the topper). Now the bottom sheet completely encases the topper and only has to be removed for laundering. The top sheet and down blanket are also zipped to it so it's easy to keep everything together, and also to make the bed with just a flip. The whole bed (apart from the pillows, of course) roll up together and tie with some attached ties. It takes seconds to make the bed, and only a couple minutes to roll it up and put it away. It's such a slick system and works so very well, I've often wondered if I should sell it. If you are ever in Salt Lake City, poke me so you can see it in action.
You have more space for ‘stuff’ than imaginable. And I really like that set up, especially the half bed/workspace for days when you don’t want to assemble the full bed. Been watching your travels for a couple years, you are lovely and so interesting. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us and continued safe and fun travels to you🧡
Thanks so much, Jana 💕 and yeah I honestly have too much stuff, ha. I’m always trying to downsize but some things are hard to part with. Living in such a small space has made it easier to let things go, tho 🤓
You should have a sealed box built for the propane tank with air vent below out the floor. This is required in all RVs as a safety precaution and it's not worth the risk of a leak in a custom build. Also, you can get a "normally closed" valve for the propane which goes at the tank end. With it, you flip a switch to let propane flow down the line to your burners, do your cooking. When complete, don't shut the burners off yet, but shut off the normally closed valve. This lets all the propane burn out of the line, then you can shut off the burners. The normally closed design means that without power, it's closed so it can't release gas in a power failure. A valve like this helps keep explosive gas out of your vehicle in the event of a driving accident rupturing the line which can lead to a catastrophic explosion as the entire tank empties itself! Choose safety first.
This is pretty much exactly the style I’m looking to get done. Bright light and airy. That stone and washed wood look with the farm house aspects is just a dream. Thanks for posting a detailed look. I just bought a Ford transit connect I’ll be converting (likely hiring folks as I’m lagging in some major skills needed for certain work on it). I’m a full-time traveling artist and spiritual practitioner/life coach and travel with my golden retriever. Been on the road for a year now and so grateful for the experiences especially the off grid time connecting deeply with nature in ways that otherwise get muddled in populated places. Momma Nature is so wonderful. Best of luck on your continued journeys. 🙏😊
Thank you for being frank about some of the breakdowns in your van! Few people will admit to any van build fails, such as water leakage, cracks, boards falling down, etc… The best way for us to learn is from what others have learned. 🙏👍🏻😎
also I forgot to put this in but you seriously have one of my favorite van builds I've ever seen!! I love the clean minimalist vibe and look. It's nice and low on the visual noise and just looks so cozy! It really completely changes the space from what you seen outside the van to inside and I love it :D
I second poster's compliment on the clean minimalism. So many van builds wind up looking like utility sheds or gypsy wagons. The white kitchen tile, which I assume is linoleum, really brightens it up.
When it comes to leave no trace concepts, be aware more people are spending more time "out there" since communication is now easier. In reality many popular areas are getting crowded, so digging pit toilets will degrade shallow groundwater at some point. Invest in capacity to pack it out. Our streams and lakes will remain pristine if care is taken at least in popular areas. Yes that takes space in your RV, but it is also part of the responsibility for keeping your favorite destinations healthy. If you do have to dig a hole, look for heavy silt and clay soils that don't easily leach into the surface aquifers. On another note, it would be interesting to think about a roof cargo box with the lid of the box being a solar panel.... more room for more fun!
@@ChristianSchaffer There are a couple alternate methods if you have the time. Lining the hole with organic matter such as leaves will adsorb much of the nutrients. Sawdust works just like a compost toilet. Even kitty litter will hold most of the waste. When it is shallow, these materials can hold it until plants can take it up.
What does "capacity to pack it out " mean exactly? Also, do rooftop cargo box lids come with the possibility of a solar panel, or were you thinking of retrofitting a solar panel to a lid? I'm at the beginning stages of research. There a lot basic things I don't know.
She already has a toilet. A strong plastic bag situation can be pooped into and thrown in regular trash, just like I used to throw away my daughter’s diapers when I was on the road, or home or anywhere. Therefore the toilet still stays clean just for pee.
Your design is the best I've ever seen; it makes the idea of living in a very small space agreeable. You are a master organizer. Thanks for the tips and for sharing your van life with all of us.
Gorgeous review. I've never seen so much pillows and blankets in a van. 😄 I like how much storage you have, I'm impressed. Also I enjoy your organization, specially ready to go back pack and stuff.
Definitely the most organized and most beautiful van build I have ever seen, you need to work this into your list of " things you do well" I would love to own your van, great Job Girl!
You have such a beautiful van, and you treat it so well! You are vanlife goals. Really appreciate how in depth this video was, probably the best van tour I've ever seen.
WOW, I've seen a lot of videos but this has been the BEST! Your so organized and have so much storage. You have really have managed to do so much in such a small space. Congrats for what you have achieved and what is to come. Stay safe and good luck in anything you put your mind to do in the future.
Oh my gosh! I can’t believe how much you have packed in that beautiful van! Thanks for being so thorough and so open about everything! And JIMMY!!! Bonus!
I have now come back and watched this video three times to get some storage tips for car camping/traveling in my Jeep and to plan my eventual van life adventures! I love how organized and aesthetic everything is. One thing about van life that deters my is that claustrophobic feeling of things not being organized and being "too busy" for my brain, but you have mastered that perfectly! I have adopted your pillow tip, sandcloud towels, black out curtain, shower curtain rings and tight rolls with hair ties already and they've been SO helpful! Love your videos and can't wait for more 😀
Not yet. It's my retirement plan. Currently rocking with my Jeep for long trips when I'm off of work and figuring out what works and doesn't work for me before I commit later on @@brandy_lish
I have to say if I traveled solely in a vehicle this would be it. Very organized, serene, and calming. Just how I like to live. You have shifted my view of vehicle living. I have seen how others cram their life into a car and I get it. You need your stuff! And they are doing what I am not doing (living out of my vehicle) so kudos to them. But I know me. My surroundings have to be like I described or I am unsettled. I can get out in nature and be dirty and sweaty but when I come home, coming home to this would be dreamy.
So awesome girl! I am in the very very beginning stages of living this nomadic lifestyle (going to look at my first van tomorrow!). I have been watching videos and making lists and have a constant stream of ideas running through my head. You gave me a lot of great ideas that I added to my idea notebook! Such great storage hacks for clothes, which I'd like to have a decent amount of with me. I also liked the shower curtain rings you had for hanging things, that's a great way to maximize storage! I am terrified and excited but I thank you for the great ideas :)
Go for it. Life is fragile, live it well. I would love to do it. I have left a comment on night time safe pooping, lol its important to be safe. Louise from Australia.
Beautiful tour, Christian! Impressed with all your cute and functional details, organization tips and how well you have taken care of your home over the past two years. Wow, it looks like new! Caught a glimpse of my little journal on your shelf 😆 Thank you for the love 💜💜💜 I am truly happy that you are enjoying the home we have created for you! And bravo on your UA-cam channel - you should be so proud of yourself.
This is AMAZING!!!! I am really wanting to get into this lifestyle and it is so great to see the way you live. So informative and knowledgeable! You are so inspiring!!
This makes me want to just sell my house, hire your guys to do the build out and go hit the road. Can I just tell them to make it like yours because I don’t think I would change a thing. It’s so well thought out and looks fantastic.
For what I’m sure she paid for the van build it seems like a lot of stuff is “falling apart”! You would think her build would last much longer!! Maybe they offered some kind of warranty but I kinda doubt it.
@@maxmustermann1097 In Australia, about $90,000 will get something similar. Have a look around at so many others doing the same, you will see it isn't fake. Even if Christian or anyone else ended up in a skidrow tent ......it's their life to choose.....isn't it?
When I came across a lot of this a few years ago, I almost instantly decided to give away the great "Homeowners Dream" ....it was actually someone else's dream, or put another way just what everyone thinks we should do.. I am currently in the middle of pivoting my work life and doing something similar.
thx for showing the van and the tips and tricks,am 37 and i have been thinking of living on the road later on in life and been seeing how people do it and youre video has been one of the best tips i seen so far for modern life.
Great vid , professionally done. You seem to have things the way you want/need them to be, to be a well prepaired van dweller. Only thing I could add, is that you might want to store your fire wood in a sealed container. I have seen many people invite wood eating insects into their campers and homes that live in the wood. Once in there, they are hard to get rid of, and can cause damage. I think you have a wonderful home on wheels, but I would expect it to have held up better for only three years on the road. Have fun.
truly I am moved to tears by your bravery. I am sure you are long past being uncomfortable but so epic that you started this some time ago. Peace Christian
Your van is AMAZING, I'm flabbergasted at how much storage you have and you have everything a home has. You have kept so many things and are able to store it. I'd want this exact van if I ever live this life but in fall colors. 🙂
Hi I read all the other reviews and they pretty much covered everything. You're very organized. I enjoy watching you You're a lovely Lady. Stay safe. Looking forward to your next video.
Good luck dude. With a family i can't do it, but when the kids are done my wife and i plan on doing a small RV. Between being 6'4" and getting on in age, we really can't do vans. See the world while in the Navy but I don't think being on an Aircraft Carrier counts as van life. But I did meet my wife in Australia while she was backpacking.
@@chrishogancamp6193 with a family can't do it??? That's an excuse. We're a family gearing up to do it. Don't hide from what you want to do. You can do it!
Amazing use of space and techniques for finding just the right tools to be stored in just the right places! You are an inspiration. I live in what is called a one bedroom micro mobile home - about 400 square feet... and I thought I did a good job of storage techniques (one key strategy: slightly higher bed and day bed with large storage containers underneath, but you've got me inspired to clean out a lot of stuff I don't use, better organize, reduce what is out in the open, and clear out a lot of things that I don't use. Thanks so much!!!
I really appreciate your organization! You’re able to fit so much more due to everything having a place, especially with the easy out and easy putting away methods you used. You have a nice and simple van that not having a shower inside wasn’t a big thing. Nicely done and explained!
Well, a beautiful, smart, independent woman living her life the way she wants, with no borders or limits other than the the sky upon her brilliant future , ciao from Italy 🇮🇹
Thank you! I try to keep things as minimal as possible since it's such a small space. The white definitely helps in making things appear more spacious 🤓
Wow! just wow ❤. Best informative video I’ve watched. Thanks for sharing without the fluff! Stay safe and look forward to watching more of your content.
Wow! Color me impressed. It seemed that that van just kept growing in size. Amazing use of space. Gotta tell you I'm jealous! Always impressed with people who take their life into their own hands and live it well. Nice!
3 years!!! Amazing! You go girl. For real. Its such a nice aesthetic, classy and spacious with respectable updates that show your long term investing. Which I love. I sense you are really in your element.
Excellent video tour! All the content was right on track with the minimalist requirements. Will check out the links provided, thank you. Saw the Safety comment about propane inside and agree. Must also request the fire wood be relocated to minimize injury potential from loose objects in the cab. You are a gift to the vanlife...
This is by far my favorite van ever! I love it! Quick question though, how has your experience been with wool insulation? Have you ever woken up in the morning and your van is absolutely freezing? I slept in an SUV once, and I went to sleep when it was really, really warm in there, but when I woke up, it was almost freezing and the outside temperature was much warmer! That was unpleasant to say the least.
Wow, what an enjoyable and in-depth tour - Thank You! So many excellent tips to add to my growing list as I consider van living options. I just found your channel and up ‘till I watched this video I thought I needed a larger vehicle. So incredibly impressed with not only how much stuff you are able to travel with, but also how you have “a place for everything, and everything in its place.” I like to keep things neat, clean and orderly and for the first time I’m seriously reconsidering my vehicle selection. To quote another great artist, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” - great job showcasing how simple, pleasant and peaceful a small vehicle can be. I’m all about function, but not without form, as well. Your van is beautiful and inviting, as well as highly functional. As an inventor and entrepreneur who has spent the last 30 years traveling around the world with my work, I hope you’ve considered additional outlets for your many talents, like writing, to start with… Authoring children’s books to teach kids how to be brave, adventurous lovers of the great outdoors, and self-help books teaching adults how to be brave, adventurous lovers of the great outdoors. 😂 And fill them with YOUR photos of beauty and wonder. Joyful travels ~
I love that you have managed to have a desk space and a good-enough bed for the nights when you’re too lazy or tired or whatever. Such a convenient thing to have. Probably the best build I’ve ever seen.

Awesome lifestyle, Christian - I've always wanted to do something like this. Love the production of your video! Be and stay safe - I look forward to future adventures!
I'm so impressed by your organizational skills and how you're able to fit all of that in the van and maintaining it tidy. And wow, it feels like you really upped you cinematography game for this video. 😍
Wow. Looks like you’ve smoothed out most of the wrinkles. I always wonder how difficult it is to find safe and (hopefully) legal places to park. Kinda nice to be able to sleep in peace and not be accosted by “difficult people” or cops banging on the side of your van or telling you to move.
Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, Christian.....it's beautiful.....also thank you for sharing so much detail (I will be using your affiliate links as needed once I've got my tiny-home-on-wheels). Safe travels and hope to catch up with you one day. Much love from Canada xo

Wow thank you 🙏🏻
The high standard of cleanliness & coach maintenance is commendable. Glowing with health.
You inspire me to start my own journey of living on the road 🤗 I never knew it was so much fun and actually a healthy lifestyle to say...No stress, no bills or this and that. Just the best way to travel the world. I'm impressed really. Thanks.
Love hearing that 😌🙏🏻 There are definitely downsides to living on the road, but in my opinion - the pros far outweigh the cons
Amazing! Aside from a very detailed and helpful van tour, I can tell that she is what I would call really living the life on her own terms. This is the best example by far. I love that there is people out there inspiring others to do the same.
Thanks for the good vibes ☺️🙌🏻
Best van design I have seen so far! Functional and a bonus that it’s my aesthetic. Loved everything about it. Fantastic job, and thank you for sharing!
I am speechless, you manage to design a beautiful tiny home, with everything you'll need. Congratulations !!
Happy and safe travels.
Thanks for the love! 😊🙌🏻
It's amazing how you manage to keep everything so clean and organized with so little space.
let me tell when it is a lot easier to clean when the space is so small. I couldn't keep up with cleaning in a house, but it takes 15 minutes to clean up in a van. But it is also just as equally easy to make messy. I still think the upkeep in the van is easier then a house, but thats just me as i prefer smaller spaces over bigger spaces.
She should be one of the smartest women on earth, what a fascinanting life she has built.
Thank you for the inspiration and for being so special..
Really good, thorough, complete tour. Love that you don’t waste any words or Ummm. All the info is helpful. You are clean, organized and efficient. Thank you for the tour. Very informative.👍
Thank you! But rest assured, I definitely said a lot of ‘ummm’ in the outtakes haha 🤓
In a few mins CS, you've given me more travel-life living tips than watching two years of youtube videos. Thanks.
Great job!
Thank you! So happy with the design 🚐
You should sell it and I would buy. You found your business idea.
"You had me at Hello." And incredibly all that organizing seems like it is so easy and natural for you.
I do love to organize 🤓
Thank you for being frank about some of the breakdowns in your van! Few people will admit to any van build fails, such as water leakage, cracks, boards falling down, etc… The best way for us to learn is from what others have learned. 🙏👍🏻😎
Still one of my all-time favorite vans that I've ever seen. Thank you for sharing the upgrades and wear and tear.
Thanks for watching 💕
also I forgot to put this in but you seriously have one of my favorite van builds I've ever seen!! I love the clean minimalist vibe and look. It's nice and low on the visual noise and just looks so cozy! It really completely changes the space from what you seen outside the van to inside and I love it :D
Thank you! 😊🚐
@@ChristianSchaffer You're welcome! 😊
I second poster's compliment on the clean minimalism. So many van builds wind up looking like utility sheds or gypsy wagons. The white kitchen tile, which I assume is linoleum, really brightens it up.
You're absolutely incredible ❤️ Hope nothing but the best for you.
Yes! Some places do require you to pack it out 💩 always best to look up the specific LNT guidelines for any given location
@@deniserosner796 You think the people who empty those trash cans will appreciate increasing amounts of human waste in them?
Incredible! It's so well organized. It’s great having the steamer for ironing clothes. Not only look good, but it's also having the right attitude.
Your design is the best I've ever seen; it makes the idea of living in a very small space agreeable. You are a master organizer. Thanks for the tips and for sharing your van life with all of us.
Great organization, you have so much in a small space. Even the tour was organized. Love the pillow idea and the whole van. Thank you so much
Thanks so much for watching 😊🙏🏻
Gorgeous review. I've never seen so much pillows and blankets in a van. 😄
I like how much storage you have, I'm impressed. Also I enjoy your organization, specially ready to go back pack and stuff.
Definitely the most organized and most beautiful van build I have ever seen, you need to work this into your list of " things you do well" I would love to own your van, great Job Girl!
What a well thought out van build. I could definitely live full time in this rig. Great job.
cheers 😊🙌🏻
You have such a beautiful van, and you treat it so well! You are vanlife goals. Really appreciate how in depth this video was, probably the best van tour I've ever seen.
Wow thank you 😊🙏🏻
Christian, you should be so proud of yourself. Beautiful van build and your organization skills are awesome. Love listening and watching your videos 🥰
WOW, I've seen a lot of videos but this has been the BEST! Your so organized and have so much storage. You have really have managed to do so much in such a small space. Congrats for what you have achieved and what is to come. Stay safe and good luck in anything you put your mind to do in the future.
Your van is amazing.
Great build, great tips and hacks.
Thanks for sharing!
🇹🇹
A tip of the hat, Christian Schaffer. You're a real pro. May God bring you much happiness, pleasure, and safety.
Oh my gosh! I can’t believe how much you have packed in that beautiful van! Thanks for being so thorough and so open about everything! And JIMMY!!! Bonus!
He’s the goat! 🐐 Thanks for the love 😊
Love your videos and can't wait for more 😀
so did you do van life?? how was/is it??
So excited for you!! 💕
Go for it. Life is fragile, live it well. I would love to do it. I have left a comment on night time safe pooping, lol its important to be safe. Louise from Australia.
Beautiful. Great storage and decorating. Amazing how people design these things.
I imagine you are very comfortable in your van Christian, those small touches make all the difference. Thank you , I will be using some of your tips 🙏
Beautiful tour, Christian! Impressed with all your cute and functional details, organization tips and how well you have taken care of your home over the past two years. Wow, it looks like new! Caught a glimpse of my little journal on your shelf 😆
Thank you for the love 💜💜💜 I am truly happy that you are enjoying the home we have created for you! And bravo on your UA-cam channel - you should be so proud of yourself.
I love your journal! And it fits so perfectly in the van 😊 was great seeing you on the mountain the other day 💕
This is AMAZING!!!! I am really wanting to get into this lifestyle and it is so great to see the way you live. So informative and knowledgeable! You are so inspiring!!
I am absolutely amazed at how much stuff you can fit in your van! Very impressive!!
Your such a good example how we should all be organized, my bedroom is a mess for many years and still thinking on one day to organize it.
This makes me want to just sell my house, hire your guys to do the build out and go hit the road. Can I just tell them to make it like yours because I don’t think I would change a thing. It’s so well thought out and looks fantastic.
It's also completely fake und you will probably end up in a skidrow tent instead of anything remotely similar to the fake lifestyle portrayed here.
For what I’m sure she paid for the van build it seems like a lot of stuff is “falling apart”! You would think her build would last much longer!! Maybe they offered some kind of warranty but I kinda doubt it.
me too! OMG I would have to get rid of SO much stuff.
Have fun.
Amazing use of space for an amazing amount of stuff. Great stuff though, practical and well thought out stuff. And another great video, too! Thanks.
Thanks for watching! I love organizing 🤓
truly I am moved to tears by your bravery.
Where’s the most important part… a shower? 😷
@@Akkk247 she showed where she stores a portable shower at @18:09. Also, there are gyms and rest stops that have showers as well.
Hi I read all the other reviews and they pretty much covered everything. You're very organized. I enjoy watching you You're a lovely Lady. Stay safe. Looking forward to your next video.
Thanks so much 😊🙌🏼
Christian very impressed with your storytelling. You do a fabulous job! The BEST to you on your journey through life :)
I took the plunge. Started van-life last Thursday. Loving it. Thanks for the inspiration.
Same here, except about a month ago, best of luck on the road
That's so awesome, stoked for you 🙌🏼
Have a fab adventure!
Ugh I LOVE Jimmy Chin! I had him as a keynote speaker on an event a few years ago. The coolest dude. Love your video too!
This must be the best organized van I've ever seen! Appreciated all your tips on making the most of small spaces.
Thanks Susan 😊🚐
I really appreciate your organization! You’re able to fit so much more due to everything having a place, especially with the easy out and easy putting away methods you used. You have a nice and simple van that not having a shower inside wasn’t a big thing. Nicely done and explained!
Well, a beautiful, smart, independent woman living her life the way she wants, with no borders or limits other than the the sky upon her brilliant future , ciao from Italy 🇮🇹
You're so well organized! I'm amazed you've keep your color palette with everything you own, it looks beautiful!💚
Nice!
thanks for the love 🙌🏻
Beautiful build! Love the simplicity and design touches. I’m loving the down jackets/sleeping bags inside linen pillow cases hack 👏
I just received a graduate level education on traveling in a van, THANK YOU!
3 years!!! Amazing! You go girl. For real. Its such a nice aesthetic, classy and spacious with respectable updates that show your long term investing. Which I love. I sense you are really in your element.
Thank you! 🚐💕
You should do videos on packing necessities and organization. You have so much stuff that's all necessary and stored perfectly
This is so cool. Has everyting on the go! and You are looking beautiful Christian! Thanks for sharing!
LOVE YOUR POST!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️🌿🌻🥰
Literally living your best life, in a brilliant van too. Kudos Christian.
I found your vids last night. Great stuff. Hope you enjoy your time on the road. The Road is such a great place just take it all in and Stay Safe.
I love that you have managed to have a desk space and a good-enough bed for the nights when you’re too lazy or tired or whatever. Such a convenient thing to have. Probably the best build I’ve ever seen.
I love all the little tips on storage and seeing how much you are able to carry in 60 sq. ft. Pretty amazing. We are waiting for our rig to be built and you've given us a lot of great ideas. Thanks for posting this video. Oh, and great last name, btw.
oh heyy fellow Schaffer 👋🏻😊
Whoa!!! Jimmy Chin!!! Your van has been blessed by this legend!!! 🤙🏼
I honestly believe this is one of the best van builds I've ever seen!
thanks for the love! 😊
Totally agree. Totally jelly 😎
Can I asked approximately how much it would cost for the van and the conversion?
This is like amazing. I'm not ever likely to pursue the van life, but this is so well thought out.
Thanks for watching 😊🙌🏻
Awesome lifestyle, Christian - I've always wanted to do something like this. Love the production of your video! Be and stay safe - I look forward to future adventures!
I'm so impressed by your organizational skills and how you're able to fit all of that in the van and maintaining it tidy. And wow, it feels like you really upped you cinematography game for this video. 😍
Thank you so much! 💕
Wow. Looks like you’ve smoothed out most of the wrinkles. I always wonder how difficult it is to find safe and (hopefully) legal places to park. Kinda nice to be able to sleep in peace and not be accosted by “difficult people” or cops banging on the side of your van or telling you to move.
Top notch video Christian! Best one I've seen. You're insanely beautiful and such a great voice. Thank you for the tour!
Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, Christian.....it's beautiful.....also thank you for sharing so much detail (I will be using your affiliate links as needed once I've got my tiny-home-on-wheels). Safe travels and hope to catch up with you one day. Much love from Canada xo
Thanks for the love! 😊💕 That's awesome that you're getting your own tiny home on wheels
The wood in the van looks absolutely amazing! The backsplash is nice too! Have fun in Washington!
Hello Christian. Excellent video with superb production values - absolutely inspiring. Your storage and organization skills are outstanding. That being said, thanks so much for sharing a look at your wonderful full time nomadic adventures living and camping in the Great Outoors. 😍😍👍👍
Great thorough van tour. I love your rapid fire editing! Its like you didnt draw a breath lol. It packs the most info into the shortest time. Very efficient, organised and beautiful! 😁
Thank you! I tried to edit out as much fluff as possible 🙃 definitely a lot of bloopers ha
What jimmy Chin!!! Such a legend. This was such a wonderful thorough tour from the reason why you have all those hair ties to the technical portion. If I ever get a van and build it out, I'm totally referencing this video. I mean you have wayyy more storage than I thought so I do expect that shoe video because it's hard to believe you have that many shoes. Haha!
Haha I’m not even kidding I think I have 18 pairs of shoes 😅
