    When I do asparagus I put the asparagus in a ziploc bag, add olive oil & seasonings, ziploc bag & shake. Or roll back & forth till coated, then put on baking pan. Works well.

      The top part of The Pineapple stock The green part cleanses your kidneys also just make sure you wash it in some hot water and baking soda to cleanse it and put a gallon of filer water in a pot and boil it about 30 minutes

    I cook asparagus the same way except for the butter which I find to be a very good idea.
    Last time I cooked asparagus I kept the lower part for a potage. After cooking I passed them in my blender. Very creamy.
    It turned to be a good idea. It was very good. Thank you for sharing.

    what’s the best way to save leftover asparagus? (after cooked)

    • @cookingonthefarm
      @cookingonthefarm  Рік тому

      Oh. Thats a tough one... Well, if I have leftover asparagus, I turn it into a quiche. Other than that, it goes limp. I don't mind it that much so it's not a big deal to me. it won't be crispy at all. Sorry, that's not the best answer ever. Thats all I have for you. Have a great day I hope that helps. God bless
