I would love to see some cooking videos using these flours..
I dehydrate and grind my vegetables (because my husband won't eat most of them). I can put some in vegetable soup, stews, etc. But, by dehydrating, grinding, dehydrating again and grinding one more time, it is smooth and can be added to bread or rolls or.... anything I would like to add it to.
My sister was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and I have been trying to find resourceful ways to help her avoid the carbs in many of the foods she used to enjoy eating, but cannot eat any more. Items made with flour are a particularly tough problem. You are amazing. This video has sparked so many good ideas for me. Thank you! And bless you! 😊🙏❤️

please post videos of you using these flours in recipes. no one else is doing this. I would think the vegetable flours would act as a thickener or binding agent
It's pretty common to use finely chopped onion to thicken pasta sauces that might be a good place to start, maybe an onion flour and add it to a low carb red sauce.
No way for such flours to become binding agents !!! There isnt any gluten in it !!! Gluten infact is the binding agent in wheat flour !! not the starch !!! But you might be able to convert it into binding agent and more into bread by adding xanthan ?!?!

Maybe home made pasta. Like if flour, make a little well in the center, crack a few eggs in to the well, fold in eggs until dough is formed, roll it out, and cut noodle shapes or strips!

I bet you could combine many different dehydrated vegetables into one flour and package in the foil heat seal bags and have a label designed to match the bag and sell on Amazon and do well with it. Out of all your flours, which one works best as a thickener for stews.

Great idea:) I have been talking about doing this for a while now and I never get around to it. I do recognize that the carbs are pretty high when you condense the vegetables so much, but I think it's healthy anyway. Have you made any noodles out of the vegetable flours yet? I am hoping to do this and add rain a better texture than the zoodles I use right now.
The Heavy Truth The carbs in vegetables don't really matter because they are buffered by the fiber in.
I have made egg noodles with tomato and spinach powder. Just so I have more color in my pasta dishes. Works great. Never thought of any other vegetables for the pasta. I do have dehydrated cabbage Will have to try that also.

Yes. You can dry food in the back of a hatch back with the trunk facing South. It will go faster if you put a little fan back there. My Grandma used to hang strings of green beans in the attic.

Hello, I am just getting into dehydrating and making fruit and vegetables to make flour. I like your videos. What are you using to grind in to four? After you grind it up do you sift it, dehydrate again then grind a second time for a finer flour?
