if i close my eyes, and listen to them promoting the house, i would think that this is a damansara height banglo. but when i open my eyes, its a horror house .
To be honest, 1.2 million is a really good deal for a house of this size and land in this location. In comparison, new houses in outskirt areas like Dengkil, Shah Alam, and Rawang are already selling for about 800k to 1.2 million.
Last time I stay in SS, I told my brother who is renting the house to pay 10% ($25K) to buy the house. He ignore my advise now the house in that area cost over $1m.
In accordance with the guidelines set by the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), foreign buyers looking to purchase property in Selangor (where Subang Jaya is located in) must meet the minimum price threshold of RM 2 million. Whereas for properties located in Kuala Lumpur, the minimum transaction price is RM 1 million. This house is located in Selangor, and is priced at RM 1.28 million. Hence, it doesn't meet the requirement of RM 2 million. However, if you are interested to have a further conversation regarding purchasing of property in Malaysia, we will gladly assist you. Seriously, it's so run down, and the surrounding is nothing to shout about. You probably have to put in another $500,000 just to rebuild. Really way over priced.
