    Bukit Pantai is NOT considered Bangsar but Pantai. Jalan Bangsar is Bangsar in name only. Considered the 'poor' part of Bangsar.

    Walking distance to school lowers the price of the property. 😅 Because the traffic jam is going to be horrendous at certain times. With buses and cars parked, waiting for school to end.

    The so called air well is closed up by glass panels. How can it provide fresh air to the house? I believed the owner did that because of the dust as this property sit in bangsar. So urban and dusty

    To be honest, 1.2 million is a really good deal for a house of this size and land in this location. In comparison, new houses in outskirt areas like Dengkil, Shah Alam, and Rawang are already selling for about 800k to 1.2 million.

    Last time I stay in SS, I told my brother who is renting the house to pay 10% ($25K) to buy the house. He ignore my advise now the house in that area cost over $1m.

      This is one of the lowest prices (per sqft) corner house in Subang Jaya. The new buyer can remodel to the style that they want.

    If you look at the definition, there are no bungalow in Msia. Correct term is detached house.
