I’ve canned for years, but never mustard and you make it look so easy. I will have to give this a try, but can’t do spicy. It comes with old age I’m hearing, lol. I see you made it through the weekend with the grand babies, now some rest, lol. Have a blessed day!!
You can cut way back on the spice if you like. Not sure abut the age thing, the older I get , the more spice and heat I like! Going on 50 and I'm still spicy!! 😂
PS: I made this mustard, one of the lids didn't seal. So a taste test confirmed it's so good I whipped up another batch! My husband has it with pretzels for a snack almost every day. Me too 🙂

Will be adding this to our mustard collection, probably next week. My 2 teens are graduating 8th grade Friday. Normally I wouldn't make that big of a deal out of it, but because of C19 they missed out on all the fun stuff the school normally does for 8th grade. And they did it with virtual learning.

The place my husband picked is on the river, they're doing a float thingy, a local band concert, they have a pool and some fishing ponds. They wanna skip the graduation and just go camping. But I said no.
I would Love to try this brand of mustard powder. It is not available in my area, but I see I can order it from several locations. The prices varies greatly, I am curious what a fair average price is for this product would be. I understand there will be some variation, but with the current climate and price gouging, I would just like to know what I was ordering was reasonable.

Do you not need headspace? It looks really good! Also if it is thicker like this do you only finger tighten?
You only need 1/4 inch headspace and rings for button tops are always only finger tip tight. 😊
