My cover just popped out of the front tab. Couldn’t figure out how to remove cover without breaking it. The little secret was the torx screw in the back. Thanks for your video. You saved my dayk
Thank you. This worked just great. Thank you for letting me know the seat belt was a T50. Had to go out and buy one. But it is all together and working fine now.
You also have to slip the tab on top of the frame into the slot in top of cover just above the controls,,, the track cover has 5 connections to hold it to the metal frame,,,, one in front,,, one in top above front control switch ,,,one in slot above lumbar control switch,,, screw next to seat belt and the plastic pin in rear,,, ,,, nice video,,,
got the switch , $50, swapped out , Done. Lumbar was fully inflated for a month... Now i need to see a chiropractor... LOL.. TORX Size is 20 on that one screw..
Good job :) Failed switch can be a huge problem, especially if you drive like that for a while. I prefer manual seat controls, less things to brake down
Again, thank you for posting this. But I ran into a problem. I got the side cover and it came with the first clip that needs to slide into the hole. But it did not come with the little screw or the plastic clip/plug in the rear. What side screw is that? And what size is the plastic plug in the back? I am sorry to ask such tedious questions, but I am kind of stuck.
You're welcome. Hmmm if it didn't come with screw and clip that is something you would have to probably reuse from your old side cover or if you don't have it you will have to improvise. I'm not sure exactly which size is the screw as I don't have the minivan anymore, but if you stop by in any screw and bolt shop they will have bunch of different ones and try getting something similar. Sorry I can't help more
Hi yes seatbelt is held by T50 screw so you will need a torx t50 socket. Once you are installing the seatbelt back make sure to use some threadlocker on the screw
Hi, I actually made a video on how to remove bottom seat cushion on Dodge Grand Caravan. See if it helps you: ua-cam.com/video/EuQm4AojPrk/v-deo.html You don't have to remove the seat from the car
Fortunately I was able to figure out how to remove mine. This would have been more helpful had he shown how thiws comes off also. I am repairing mine and could have broken some other parts had I not understood how it comes off.
I have a 2009, but when I try to buy the part on Amazon it has in red letters that it does not fit the 2009 model. I am confused now and can’t find the part. Any suggestions?
Hmmm I can see as well that Dorman only lists as fitting for 2011 - 2019. That's strange as I'm pretty sure it is the same for models before the facelift. Try calling your local Dodge dealer with VIN number and ask for the quote for that part and ask for part number. Then cross reference that part number and try to find it cheaper online. Maybe even used on ebay or from a wreckers

on my 2014 Grand Caravan, the smaller screw was a T20, not a T15. The larger one is a T50 as mentioned in this video.

Current issue.... Bladder continues to inflate...? Removed panel, disconnected lumbar switch. Lumbar continues to inflate...?
