Pablo, Talking Cello is one of the best things that ever happened to the cello community, I wish that when the pandemic is over and you resume your busy concert season yo keep doing these, since it is really a delight for us all. Muchas gracias!
Camille, your English is better than many English people; don’t apologise! If you’re able to chat in a relaxed way for that long without making a single mistake, you’re fluent. 👍🏻
Camille Thomas is one of my favorite cellists! I love hearing her Saint Saens Cello Concerto so much. Thank you, Pablo! It has been a joy and a privilege to view this series.
I think they both have partners but I can't resist to say that I think they would make an amazing couple! They have so much mutual understanding and shared experiences.
Chulisimoooo! Queremos ver más con Camille Thomas!!! Y con Anastasia Kobekina?? Ahí dejo la idea... Jaja!! No dejes de hacer esto Pablo, gran aprendizaje para otros compañeros!!! Saludos
Didn't think you'd get Camille here! 😻😻💙 I love her recording of Franck's cello sonata 😻💙💙 (anw just a suggestion but you can put the time stamps in the description box so that it shows in the video bar 😃😏)
I just watched all 7 episodes through in one go, Pablo you're a fantastic host for this format and I took notes to remember all the interesting things you and your guests said. Keep going, looking forward to hearing you live soon!
i have NEVER been this early haha-- i would like to say that I admire both of you so much, and I was super excited when I saw this! Camille, I love your recording of the Saint Saens Concerto and Pablo, I discovered your channel recently and have been following it since! Can't wait to see what you'll be talking about :))
Thank you so much Pablo for having Camille on and I'm not sure if it was because of the feminine energy or what, but it seemed as though you both were speaking about such important aspects of life and music and both exposed us listeners to the intimate realm of mastery. I am so grateful for you both sharing your love of the instruments, the instruments themselves, your humanity and your soulful light. You are so admired and held in our prayers - prayers that you grow in self-love and self nurturing and of opening to life from this new perspective of non-time.
such a great episode with lovely camille. i got a new cello - and i have the feeling that i really need time to get used to it even though its a much better instrument than that one i played before. really inspiring to hear that even you needed a lot of time to get used to the strad.
Another great episode! and thank you for featuring a female cellist! Thank you so much Pablo, it has been so wonderful of you and your guests to share your experience and knowledge with us during quarantine.
I loved how she remembered the german word ("Lampenfieber") quicker than the french or the english word. Pays to have spent 10 years in Germany :D Anyway, I love this series, and i'm really glad that you got Camille for this episode ^^
Thank you for this! In your next episode could you maybe talk a bit about bows? What kind of bows you like to use and how you get them... buying/foundations?
Hola Pablo, ¡gracias por compartir estos charlas con nosotros! Una sugerencia: poner más partes donde ejecutan lo que están hablando. Saludos desde Brasil
Thank you for the amazing video!!! In a later one, could you talk about the movement of the body in the same direction of the bow vs. in contrary motion with the bow? 💚💛💙
Could you talk about some more about posture? Because I find different posture really effected the sound. For example if I look forward instead of look at my left hand. My friend also myself will feel like the sounds is changed more ringing and open. Or if I relax little bit my lower back muscle instead of absolutely straight back. Suddenly it sounds deeper and resonance, etc. Do you have any experience about this?

De mis cellistas favoritas. Y el vídeo en su cumpleaños :)
She's so charming and an amazing cellist.
Happy Birthday Camille!!!!!
This lady recorded Fazil Say's cello concerto. She's a cello goddess and a good human being. She deserves more recognition and praise.

Could you invite Maximilian Hornung next time?🙏🏻🙏🏻
How do you travel by plane with the instrument?
For someone who thinks her English isn't very good, Camille Thomas really is very articulate.
