Looks like one of the most effective patterns we’ve seen out there. It’s like a modern version with a twist of the old WW2 German Dot pattern camo. Thank you for sharing! 😎🇺🇸

I absolutely love this series, I catch myself looking at my own kit and imagining it in the background of you’re videos. This was by far the best performing camouflage yet. Not the most stylish, but definitely effective.

"Not the most stylish..." as in the cut used for the clothes that it was applied on or just the pattern?....are you looking for "stylish" or effectiveness?

@@BabaNovac792well being a 22 year old fresh out of the marine corps, I love having effective combat kit on hand, but I’d love some new flecktarn or Mitchell pattern I can wear with designer for a nice fit. I don’t think you’re worried about getting pussy like I am right now, it’s alright

I’m surprised it works out of the shadows. The lighter sections become more effective in light and almost disappear on the forest floor. Effective !

I'm so grateful to Mil-Tec for making these in the BDU cut. We need more modern camouflage patterns in the BDU cut. It's the perfect compromise between old and new. It's low-tech, it's all buttons, it can be repaired in the field, it doesn't care about cold, mud or water (like Velcro does). I've heard some guys in Delta Force still rock them, Black Hawk Down style, just with more modern body armor and load-bearing equipment. If it's true, I can definitely see why. Sometimes low-tech is what you need. Dependable. Simple. No zippers, Velcro and other bells and whistles that, while convenient, can get damaged out in the field, yet can't be fixed. You can fix a button with a sewing kit the size of a matchbox.

Yes, Canadian type buttons would be perfect, silent, sturdy/durable. BDU is the best cut

These camo videos are great, and this one works super well it looks like. I have 60s style tiger stripe bdus that is only good in my subtropical environment 9 months out of the year unless im right on the beach, this stuff would likely be perfect. I'm glad that you mentioned it doesnt have crazy amounts of velcro too lol I hate that.

My latest firearm purchase has been the Steyr Arms AUG A3 M1 rifle which I put an EOTech XP holographic sight on it. So far I've been loving the thing and I'm slowly starting to drift towards viewing it as my go to rifle. Not gonna lie, a little bit behind me making that choice to get the rifle was seeing your video on it. Can't compete with pure A E S T H E T I C lol.

It looked RIGHT as soon as you walked up as close to invisible as you can get even in dappled light it looks RIGHT once again proof DigiCam is worthless large patterns are the way to go. Months ago I suggested a Sniper style Cape for bug out in Civilian clothing easy on and off that handy Cammo net Poncho or Cape style would be ideal you could carry 2 in different colours or stitch them back to back to throw on as necessary.

Good pattern for the leafy thick terrain in video. Still haven't seen anything 'significantly' better than good ol' woodland for green forest/jungle environments. Some of the 3D camo clothes Brent has shown recently is really good but expensive. Mil Tec - really? I know it's Chinese cheap but will it hold up to real field conditions?

Only Brent does camo testing right, just knows how to position the body behind intervening foliage to disappear. Got smoked the first half. Now I have to wonder if its NIR / SWIR compliant.
Mil-Tec, for those that don't know, is a German company, occasionally sub-contracting out _some_ of their production to China, not all.
Recently did a dive on US4ces, with the over preference for isoluminescent micropatterns versus distance macropatterns, think the American grunt got shafted by people who want to look pretty up close instead of fight like doctrine dictates.

The problem is that the contrast isn't usually as big of a deal as silhouette. Our eyes are very good at coasting over and ignoring colors that are out of place. By comparison, the human silhouette will draw the eyes, regardless of the color. Movement, obviously, will be even worse. The WASP series of patterns, IMO, do a great job of breaking up the silhouette. The specific colors don't matter nearly as much.
