I have a perfect-for-me paper planner that I bought for a second time. Except that with a number of changes, my life has become less hectic and deadline driven, so I'm not actually really using it (but it's perfect, I still love it!). I'm going thoroughly through the STEP program for the second time (the first time in 2019) and I'm on Cloud 9! Things are getting done and I'm not as worried. Like, I'm old enough to need to have my "affairs in order", but that's a project with sub-projects. But I understand how to do it now. I had questions that were answered in this video. I love whenever there is a new one, April, Eric and the LearnDoBecome team!
My favorite paper planner is the Hobonichi Techno Weeks Mega. The weekly layout on the left and grid on the right for the week is very flexible..The grid paper at the end acts almost like a bullet journal and would be perfect for the lists you mentioned.
