Terrific! As a beginner I find it intimidating working on a fully wet page. It dries so fast on me, and adding water makes for a mess sometimes. Thanks, it is a really lovely picture.

Fantastic!
Ellen, I love all your lessons! I am teaching some friends beginning watercolor painting, as I have been painting for several years, and it’s so difficult for them to paint loosely. It is so fresh and vibrant! Also, I love your little Monday vignettes! They are perfect for easy, practice paintings! Thank you so much!

Make the best cards!
I love this. I’ll give it a try! Thanks
Love this. I tried it but of course its not as nice as yours. Lol
Could you explain the “mushing” of the paint? The flowers I did looked good then I tried mushing it and destroyed them lol
Does anyone else having problems with high 100 degree temperatures and extremely low humidity when doing watercolors? I try but paper textures rubs off. My paints don’t flow into each other. 25% humidity the other day! I so want to recreate some of your beautiful paintings.
