    Awesome that they included some bent tips, you'll see in time how incredibly useful they are, when i bought my Atten from Louis Rossman's store years ago, he supplies several in different angles.

      Agreed, I figured I'd start with the straight one but can definitely see the benefit having an angle just like how certain iron tips have an angle. Thanks for the comment!

    The difference between a cheap hot air station and a good one can make or break a repair. Trust me, I know LOL.

      I trust you! Rule of thumb for almost any tool is if you go cheap, you'll end up spending more in the long run.

      I think I would have needed to hold the heat a lot longer than I did to get that cap to explode!

    Try to stay away from electrolytic capacitors when using hot air. They don't like the hot air and tend to explode. 🙂
