Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

i’m 13 years old and i do six of lilly’s videos every day! i exercise for an hour every day and i am trying to eat healthy! i already see results as i’ve been doing lilly’s workouts for two weeks! if you are trying to do this dont give up, its worth is!

Just remember, even one video a day is a win! Sometimes going all in can be less sustainable, but one or two videos a day makes it so easy to be consistent and you still get results!

The longest time I've ever been consistent in the gym is 10 months, But as soon as I start over my gains are back within 1 months. Never used supplements.

My abs we’re on fire 😅
Day 1: it was burning as hell had to do one modification
Day 2: it still burnt but in a good way still had to do the modification
Day3: it was easier than before ich don’t use the modifications I can see a little result
Day4: it getting easier and easier
Day 5: my motivation was not there but I did it anyways I’m so proud of myself
Day6: no motivation but I kept going 🎉
Day7: ONE WEEK is done it was easy but still a good burn❤ I’m so exited for the next 7 days 🎉❤

Day9: i dont habe Motivation But the results are amazing I have to look good in my bikini 😂 so I kept going ❤
Day10: I had 3-4 days rest but I felt so good after this workout today I kinda like my body n a bikini now but I’m still not done with my body 😊
Day11: 0 motivation I’m so fat when I look in the mirror I was on 56 kg at April and now I’m 60kg but i still did the workout:(
