Always enjoy your videos, not only the beautifully done photography, but your friendly narrations! We particularly enjoyed the ones from Minnesota's North Shore that we discovered just three years ago and have visited annually ever since. Needless to say, the Split Rock photo is our favorite. Incidentally, you had a chance meeting with our son at the Duluth Aerial Bridge last summer. He was there from the Twin Cities taking photos of the ships passing through, too.
I think it was last year when the algorithm recommended your video of Joe Block coming in for winter lay-up. The quality and artistry hooked me immediately. Since then, I've watched all your previous work plus all new uploads, and it's always fantastic. It's hard to choose my favourite video or picture, but the funniest moment is in this year-end review when you talk about dodging doggy-doo, then, in the very next moment, you're pulling your mask down exposing your entire face! 😅

Hi Kevin, that is a very impressive group of photos. I like the northern lights pic, the Alaskan pic is better, maybe. The boat launch is my favorite. No , Split Rock hands down. Except the fall shot resonates the most…second only to the boat in the canal. I think I just enjoy all of them! Best wishes for ‘24, look forward to watching your winter fleet series.
Kevin you have just released another amazing video, my wife and I have watched all of your videos, your 2023 adventures were amazing. We mostly couldn't decide on your best pictures because they are all amazing. We did connect with the Edmond Fitzgerald video , we took a trip to the UP Michigan and visited Whitefish Point where the ship bell sits in the museum, a very memorable trip. Thank you for sharing your adventures, videos and pictures, look forward to watching many more, Split Rock is my wife's favorite light house, maybe someday we will get to see it in person. You and your wife stay warm and healthy, and travel safe.
A fantastic set of photos for the year! I figured Split Rock might take the top spot, but the northern lights photo is a close second in my book. Hope you capture some good layup arrivals. Last I checked, the list for Sturgeon Bay was looking slim, but I expect that to change. I think the storm will shuffle things around a bit.
The storm has shuffled things greatly. Slim pickins this year but I have managed a few. Videos now in the queue. Stay tuned. I see you have been making a lot of trips north lately! Good stuff! I always enjoy your work!
