I’m glad you shared the story on the wiper blades. I thought I was the only person that got somewhat excited about being able to buy the “nice” wiper blades instead of the $5 ones.
I don't think your stories are boring at all. I love how you talk to us about everyday things.
Your stories aren't boring, it's life and we all go though basically the same things....I like to hear you talk and listen to your stories.
Clicked "like" at the wipers "boring" story :D :D - enjoyable video as always Rabbit - thanks
some of the houses wow.
Looking forward to more on the store. You do so awesome at the dollar sales, I imagine it will be similar to Five Below with all items being stuff you would have moved during your next dollar sale. Can't wait to see more.
You already have a perfect name for the store... Resale Rabbit
... Or maybe "Rabbit Resale!"
Oh awesome! New ventures! Looking forward to seeing your new store!
fun deal with the resale store. worth the dice roll. low overhead and strong possibilities for profit.
Awesome. So happy that things are looking up for you. Best of luck with the new retail location. Wish I lived up there, I'd love to work for ya. 😎 looking forward to more videos.
Great to see you back out at yard sales!!!
love random chit chat about wiper blades lol...glade to hear Tim is back ...Rabbit you are the man with many strams of income and if one stream don't work on to the next ...Be Blessed
Cant wait to see the new store!!! Fingers crossed 🤞
I love garage sales, I went to one advertised and held by our village, everything overpriced, I found a garage sale a block away, I found many nice things. Good luck with your new store, sounds exciting, you know enough to try different things, I hope it’s in a decent area for foot traffic or any traffic!
New business! Perfect fit for what you do! Excited to see that vid...
Looking forward to seeing the new store. Congrats. I also really enjoy your commentary about the GB area and where you grew up. I’m from WI but not very familiar with GB as I grew up south of Madison and then lived in Eau Claire for years. Great content, thanks. And good luck !
Ya rabbit is back! You really need to do daily videos that are a couple hours long - just because we love you and we know you love us 🤣 that's a good reason right 😁
Nice, keep moving forward my friend.
Good Luck on your new 'pop-up' style shop Rabbit! Sounds exciting & a new challenge! Use your social media & connections to get the word out! No thrift stores or garage sales here yet in Calgary Alberta Canada 🇨🇦
NO I LOVE YOUR STORY'S!!!!
Keep up the good work Rabbit. 😎📦👍
I’m kinda upset we didn’t get a wiper blade installation and tutorial John
Here in CA yard sales started back about 3 weeks ago.....been disappointed so far. We did pick up 4 boxes of paperback books that somebody was throwing away. Made like 20 lots by author and already sold 15. Also in those boxes was an aftermarket part for a Ford Mustang that sold for $110.
Rabbit I love all your stories and can relate to the wipers story.
Good luck with the new endeavor!
Having your warehouse sale out of the store should easily pay for the store.
Things are hopping again with the Rabbit , I'm excited! Keep on keeping on
Knowledge is power and time is money. Sometimes isn’t worth it.
I am dumfounded that people are having yard sales in their houses right now.
You cant quarantine common sense
I have never been to a yard sale, garage sale, drive in theatre, or the moon.
I love the wiper story. Many of us grew up like you.
It’s amazing how exciting it can be to finally buy something of higher quality, even if it’s as simple as a wiper blade
@@ResaleRabbit agreed
Hi Mr and miss rabbit glad to see you trying a outlet in a store front wish it goes well for you both you might mot have to do any more sale from the unit till September.
New Store!!!.....Advertise, advertise, advertise and you should do great..........!!!
Awesome news you’ll do well
For wiper blade, here i found that the one that they sell at Costco are way better than expensive one!
English only please!!.
You can be sure that your windshield wiper story is NOT your most boring story! 😂
Great video !
Good luck at your retail store rabbit
The Burlington coat factory in Kenosha Wisconsin has a big line of people waiting to go in .50% off sale is going on. I get tried waiting in line so I left.
"There's some pretty nice houses up here." No kidding....a little nicer than the shacks I grew up in around Tank Park.
OH BOY!!! Seems like a bad idea to hire the current owner. I fear that she will be very resistant to change AND may (even unconsciously) not want to see you succeed when she could not. Fingers crossed but I would surely keep a bit of an eye!
that's how it is here at a lot of places Rabbit long lines with very few people wearing masks. Thank you for sharing with us as always can't wait to see what you share next & see the new store & you go thru pallets !
It looks like Wisconsin is gearing up to ride the second wave of Covid-19, and some of the locals are positively giddy at the prospect and rushing out to get their fair share. Have fun, folks! 👍
@@GuyWithTheDogs puh-lease ! Basically 99.8 survival rate unless you are old, fat and sick with comorbidities. Average age of death in my state (Pa) is 79!! 68% happened in nursing homes that is to our governor mandating that nursing homes take covid sick patients. If you are typing and relatively healthy your odds of death is very very low
@@YPEFFLE Enjoy your life!
I know what you mean about spending money... I have real trouble buying anything if it’s not on clearance.
I get my wiper blades at Costco. When the go on sale they about 8 or 9 bucks each
And this is why cases is Wisconsin are climbing
As testing increases, more cases will be discovered. Cases are not the same as hospitalizations or deaths. The only way we are going to get to herd immunity is for people to get it and to become immune the way we have done throughout all of human history, living in a world filled with pathogens. If you are in a vulnerable population (elderly, obese, immune-compromised), then by all means, stay home. There is no need to keep the entire population on house-arrest for a virus that has a 99.997% recovery rate and where the average age of death from the virus is 80. We have been played, and unfortunately, we rolled over like sheep thinking that politicians and medical "experts" could guarantee us a risk-free existence, which is scientifically impossible. It's about control, not safety.
@@KayFabe87 I absolutely agree with you a billion percent living in fear is not the way. I believe when it’s your time to go it’s your time.
Goodluck with your store
I know that you hated doing a video everyday, but I sure miss them
On my normal car I always use good wipers. I don't drive it in the winter so they last 2-3 years. On my pickup and van use the cheap ones.
OH! MY GOSH I WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT OLD RINGER WASHER... MAN WISH I WERE THERE...
It was $75 which seems cheap, but I don’t know the market.
@@ResaleRabbit OH THATS REAL GOOD THEY CAN GO AS HIGH AS 7 OR 8 HUNDERN EASY...
I WOULD PAY THAT AND COME GET IT!! LOL
local online auction had one sold for $300 about a month ago. Usually at a live auction, you are lucky to get $10
Make sure you take the clear plastic strip off of the bottom of the wiper. IT's easy to miss.
I just checked it and it doesn’t look like there was one
I know people have sold matchbooks for 50-100 before. Some of them can go for a lot of money based on the subject matter
You go 🐇
It’s good to no the value of a quid
I hope you kept some proactiv for you. Don't sell it all. Good luck with your new store.
I was thinking the exact same thing he could really actually use skne
I hope your junk store does well dude just remember the stuff your trying to sell and not overprice it especially when u pay penny's for it.
Was Howard the area you grew up in? If so, you said you damaged a road surface with fireworks.
You should try selling on Facebook that’s what they do now they have virtual garage sales now On Facebook Go to various Facebook communities in your area if you go towards the Chicago area is a good chance they may come up to Green Bay
I'm surprised you didn't take the 'Made in Japan' piece - these 50s items are becoming collectible. Of course, Occupation ware is what collectors are really looking for.
I suspect you'll be buying out a lot of stores in the near future, they're really hurting now. Just wait a bit, and get the trailer ready.
You could fill up the store with the dollar sale stuff, and put the word out to your usual customers - they'll show up, for sure.
vinyl1Earthlink That piece was handmade it seems = not your typical commercial export piece. Didn’t get the best look at it. $20+ for sure.
$450 a month is very cheap for your storefront and your lease liability is limited. = A very smart move and people in the area have wanted a store from you for awhile. I will be looking for it. I am sure it will do well. Throw a few wrapped pallets out front with signs on them “Amazon, Lowe’s Returns, etc”. Buy by the pallet = that is different and shocking and have pictures of the others your have.
I love putting up random garage sale signs for people that enjoy searching for sales and/or just driving around.
Who still does that with fb marketplace and craigslist not to mention actual garage sale apps
@@YPEFFLE pretty much everybody does that...get the drive by that not look at apps or just passing by.
hi rabbit your shop will sell stuff it just will.
You should do a contest to have your viewers name the store
Rich people with to much stuffff😜
How much was that barber chair? They go for at least 200 in my area for one in that condition.
The English here in UK are stupid stopping lockdown but thought you Americans had some sense . I have lost two great friends here in Wales and so glad lockdown here is still strict. Come on guys this is for real
Resale Rabbit Store?
I live in GB take me picking with you
Did you buy that coat rack
you probably don't care, but it's a federal offense to steal those white tubs from the post office.
The post office gives them to us for our outgoing packages.
I'm in Alberta and no garage sales. Everything must be washed and sanitized plus covid rules. Cannot touch anything if you do must buy
Damn, how big are these houses? Is it normal in the US that the suburbs are so rich? Such a big house would cost around 500.000 to 1 millions euros here in Germany or Italy ahaha
I’m in the Midwest US. Land is cheap here. Those homes are $250k-300k.
Location location location, desirable suburbs of major cities you can expect the prices you mentioned
@@ResaleRabbit Oh that's nice! Learned something new, thanks Rabbit!
Sunburn?
Bro. Go back get that newton jersey!
You don't show things but you are showing the whole land and showing the way and slowly showed that not all things Slowly show everything one by one so that we can understand the things
lol at $450 a month in rent I could literally do next to nothing and make money. Hiring this woman is a bad mistake.
Are this garage sales american thing? I never saw a single one:) and i never saw thrift store
What do people in your country do with stuff they no longer use and don’t have anyone to give it to?
Hey...possible new name for your store...The Rabbit Dashery.
Don't hire the old owner dude. Her Karma, look, smell, attitude is wrong for that business or she would have made some money at some point. Maybe she is just lazy or dumb, maybe not hungry? Whatever her issues are don't waste the time and cash on her. She failed with her money what makes you believe she will try and make you money? Beware, and good luck. Keep us up to date on that entire thing.
What failed was the concept. I’m changing the concept.
I agree. I wouldn't have kept the old owner on. Keep cameras with audio on to see if disparaging remarks or sabotage is occurring.
