06:10 The Ottoman Empire needs more detachments to protect its coasts. The Brits have some Royal Marines stationed on Lemnos in the Aegean Sea from January 1915 on, and they will use them! 08:34 No, artillery units only use up their ammo built-up if they do a marche forcée, ordinary/operative move or swapping don't. 10:27 Airships start dealing damage from upgrade number two on. 20:29 Ivan = John ; górod = city (related to the Engl. word garden) 21:12 The horsemen are becoming shreks: They love the swamp.
My experience has been the computer rarely conducts amphibious operations. It has done them. I have seen it attempt landings in all those areas but it is not consistent. If I were against a human player, I would have a tighter defense. As is, I am defending Galippoli and Smyrna. I will be increasing defenses along the Levant but they are for my, hopeful, island taking missions later in game.
@@Malbeefance The developers patched the AI, so now, the AI does use the Marines on Lemnos for causing trouble. If you play against the Allied AI it is sufficient to guard the NM Objective on the coast and the harbour of the Dardanelles, plus one warship in said harbour. A human player is also bold enough to do amphibious operations in the Black Sea, targeting Odessa, Sevastopol and Batumi, resp. the Turkish coal mine near Zonguldak, the capital Constantinople and the eastern logistic hub Trabzon.
Yes, one British garrison is on Cyprus. Initially, in the first versions of SC3WW1, it was guarded by a detachment, but this one can be used to land in the nearby Ottoman lands to disrupt the one and only railway connecting Constantinople and the Middle East.
thanks for more episodes
