FINSTHWAITE HEIGHTS - SOUTH WINDERMERE - WAINWRIGHTS OUTLYING FELLS OF LAKELAND

This walk begins at Newby Bridge just south of Windermere where there is free parking down a lane next to the hotel.
The summit of the fell takes a back seat here for a change as its the walk around Finsthwaite that steals the show with impressive monuments and hidden tarns that are essential to visit.
