Interesting, we had a boat limit of fluke in 3 hours with strictly blue fuze grubs gulp 12 keepers all over 20 1 mile off sandy hook Nj. My dad started the day with killies squid spearing and or peanut bunker got nothing but a sea Robin. I haven’t used bait in over 8 years and do very well every single trip

did end up off of montauk a couple times recently, mainly searching for the tunas, gave the fluke a quick shot one day but didn't have much luck.
