Just returned from our 3 week tour of France, where we stayed on the Clos Vieux Rocher Vineyard for a few days before moving onto the Limousin- land of a 1000 lakes and forests- we experienced a heatwave with temperatures reaching 44 degs!.Thanks for sharing another magnificent video of your stunning countryside, hopefully, one of these day we may make it over for a holiday😁😎🍷🍷🍺🍺👍

What a great trip (although 44 too warm for us) and perfect timing on the comment...we are in wine country now! We could hold you a spot. Glad you enjoyed and appreciate the comments!🚐🌞🐈

We just missed each other again along the journey! We went to the bc hydro site you featured for Canada day and also found a site. We loved the hiking there. Hint for next time, there is a special hike along the river on the other side to a waterfall. We took the number 1 to Sun Peaks I mentioned before. There is also a great rec site on Heffley lake that we had a great paddle on and Sunpeaks had 10 sites. We tried to go to N’Kwala but it heavenly rained in Merritt (probably the only time Merritt gets any rain lol) but we will get there one day. Thank you for helping us discover different camping areas (even though we have been camping/RV’ing for 25 years) and btw Happy Canada Day.

MrRyanDiehl thanks for the tip! We really enjoy the Lillooet site! Literally just talked abut getting to Sun Peaks this afternoon. Certainly this summer! Just in southern Alberta now in case you are passing by! Glad our videos helpful and always appreciate your comments!

00:31 was that a shout out to Dave and Irene Carey?:) Nice editing, and beautiful scenery at Tunkwa Park. I didn't see any new tattoos, must not have cared for Dale's Pale Ale?:) Mmmmmmm, more samosas.

Thank you for sharing another great trip... your choice of smooth jazz music at the end was refreshing- although ALL of your music choices are!
I like your search for the right campsite kind of away from large groups, wooded, near the lake, time well spent. Pleasant journeys.

Thank you for your comments and glad you enjoyed! As for campsites, always nice if it can feel a bit more away from the crowds as you noted. It was actually very quiet with some amazing stargazing! 🚐

When you first started taking Precious camping, did you start with shorter trips? We have 17 year old indoor cat (great shape) and he has a daily caretaker to stop in a feed twice daily when we are away, but we feel guilty leaving him and he legitimately seems to miss us when we return so we are going to start taking him but unsure how long of a stay to start with. We are hoping to do a weekend first we think in August but we have a 8 night coming up in September. Thanks.

A great question! And we started for much the same reasons, although now that she needs medicine a few tines a day also easier. We started with two one night trips and grew from there. She seemed quite fine from the start, but not as keen on multi day, though still OK and we think glad to have us around. We also bring some of her home things along (small blanket, a few toys) and have a pet heating pad to keep her happy if cooler at night (same as at home). Hope this helps and safe travels🚐

Hike'n RV Thank you for taking the time to reply. Great advice. I think we are going to try to do exactly that. We live DT and store rig in The Ridge so we might try a trip or 2 to Hope. We often stay there last night of trips to charge batteries, empty tanks and flush , and prep for next trip. Really enjoyed your Top 5 BC video and appreciate the summaries. Be well. Drive safe.

Thanks for another awesome trip. Is it the same Alpaca raft that is good for either one or two, or do you have two different ones??

Glad you enjoyed! Same Alpacka...Explorer 42 model. Works ok for 2 for shorter paddles. Now they do an interesting canoe style for 2...
