My twin flame and I just spent 15 years together but apart. My kundalini experiences with him were unmanageable and so I continued to resist and this is how we spent so long together yet apart, often connecting as lovers but keeping distance. Thank you! I know better but when you are in pain you are in pain. I want to remind you that they haven't gone anywhere. When they crossover it is usually because they know they can be of more service to you from the other side. I beg of you to do much meditation to help connect with them and they will assist you more than you can imagine and you will learn to always feel them and be able to talk to them and they will give you 100% of their time and effort. We do not need someone else to stand in front of us and tell us this. We do not need to play small in the world. We do not need to cower or dim our light or to be afraid to rise and demand our worth.
When we attract a soul mate twinflame 🔥reflects our dark side, it is because there are things we still need to discover and accept about ourselves. They will show us where our weaknesses are, show us our faults, fears, insecurities, demons, imperfections and the relationship can be deeply painful and destructive. The light will constantly focus on areas that we need to work on and mostly the parts of us that need to heal.
Our open wounds and scars from the past will be torn open for us to delve into, so that we can see what we have kept hidden. Instead of submerging and wallowing in the pain, this is an opportunity to open our eyes and see what is being brought to our attention so that we can learn to love and accept ourselves for all that we are. Instead of being afraid of ourselves and denying who we are and allowing others to rip and cause us to bleed, we must take responsibility and look fearlessly into the mirror and see what we are being shown.
These relationships come to us to teach us and they will be presented to us time and again until we finally stop and recognise the messages they are bringing. That we should not look outwards and blame others, we should look to ourselves and ask why we are allowing someone to project onto us when we are capable of opening up and looking at our darkness for ourselves. We can fool ourselves; we need these relationships to learn about ourselves. But in reality we are just too afraid to stand on our own and look deep inside our souls alone.
We do not need anyone else to show us who we are. We just have to be brave, open ourselves up and face up to exactly what is deep within our souls and accept that none of us are fully in the light or fully in the dark. We are all a constantly changing shade from one moment to the next.
It is not easy to look at ourselves and find acceptance, however, until we do this we will find it very difficult, if not impossible, to attract someone else who is able to accept us as we are.
Until we know more about who we are, all anyone else will receive is an illusion of our truth.
A soul mate relationship is an awakening. However, if we have the courage to work on ourselves we can hold our own mirror up to look deep inside. When we do this there is less chance of attracting the harmful, damaging and destructive soul mates and we can gently learn and grow by ourselves.
Every soul connection or soul mate is a mirror. We will likely meet many of them in our lifetimes, each one showing us who we believe we are at that given period of our lives. However much we love and value ourselves will be reflected in the words and actions of the partner we choose.
When we truly believe we deserve ❤ love, it will be shown in the words and actions of the people we choose to surround ourselves with. I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening at the age of 33. My birthdate also adds up to 33/6. The synchronicities are mind blowing. Unbeknownst to me, I met my TF in 2014, 3 years after my awakening. His birthdate adds up to 27/9. 3, 6 and 9. I only discovered what twin flames are earlier this year.
E Pluribus Unum is latin for "Out of Many, One". This represents the collective effort of many people to achieve one goal.
It's like someone took a page out of my own story. And, yes, it took years, and it was not an easy experience.
Words of encouragement to those starting their journey... It is a very painful process. Prepare for at least a year or two of fighting depression. But it does subside and is all very well worth it. True wisdom and peace is achieved and knowledge pours in gym seemingly nowhere. A deep understanding of everything seems effortless. If it seems like everything is unfairly going wrong, you must understand that you're simply working out karma from past lives in order to ascend. It must be balanced. You will only find your twin flame once you have reached a certain level of understanding. Simply because you cannot have that distraction quite yet. I, myself, am still waiting to find mine.
I'm only 30, but I have more wisdom, knowledge, understanding, experience, and inner peace than anyone I know now or have ever met.
Have faith in yourself and you will surely discover your own divinity, learning how to worship yourself and all other living souls. And you'll be able to decipher who carries a soul with them and identify those who are simple AI or empty vessels.

It took me months,
not years. I'm kind of proud of that but it's only because I know I worked so hard and so intensely that I literally suffered multiple Spiritual break downs(Deaths) back to back to back over and over again. Just when I recovered from one break I went right back in for another one without breaks.
It was extremely powerful and painful but I never let up and I still haven't although the breaks have waned. Now,I have a new destiny in a new world and I know who and what I am.

I must say, however, that this is not my first experience of Kundalini Rising, but it is the strongest. My metamorphosis is... beyond cellular. My kundalini experience was 3 1/2 years ago after meeting my twin flame. We are together but it has been a real struggle. He is not awake as of yet. But I won't give up or lose hope. My blue print is connected to the Jesus/Magdalene soul group or bloodline and it is in my blue print that I will ascend this lifetime even if it's without my twin. Looking back at my awakening, what started out as scary, was not so scary. I miss that experience. The stillness, pure silence. I’m not in that state of being currently, but to describe it, it’s like being in the 4th dimension. Experiencing the higher levels of consciousness with the energy body really felt like I was from heaven. I remember walking into a convenient store, busy morning around 8 am. Time slowed down for me as I was experiencing the peak of kundalini. Someone says “is there an angel in the room”. It was insane, lol I keep thinking of that memory. Truly, if everyone had an awakening, we would have no turmoil. It would be a heaven on earth.

That energy is the one and only true being and power of all. In every fiber of everything exists only unconditional love. And then mass illumination will bring us the people into power. My specific journey has been a love story but a very different kind, for sure. Its been much about healing the father/daughter dynamic within my own Divine Masculine/Feminine perspective. Its been for me all along about purifying the mind and Heart to return to the the innocent, pure unconditional love and acceptance of me. And forgiving myself and the Divine male Father within me for causing my own suffering. I have created the entire projection to teach myself real love and compassion. Every time I get to this clarity,.. whether I share it with my catalyst twin or not . . I always know I touched that really deep part of me because its always mirrored back to me through the Most BEAUTIFUL images and videos and posts he does on social media. Its always right after those really deep conversations and places I get to within me.. where the masks come off and I am connecting with and being who i really am.. expressing freely whats really going on inside of me that he always winds up in the very next scene with his daughter.. riding horses, going to plays, bonding with her with BIG Happy smiles and hugs. He/It always responds back to me as images of him and his daughter demonstrating their pure love and unbreakable bond together. Makes me cry every time. And then when I write him and will tell him something like something that makes me cry... he will come back with a morning video opening the door to a beautiful scene in his back porch playing songs like 'no woman no cry' .and I know it's for me.😊❤ And then when I'll say things like about wanting to wake up or something... he'll be in the car shouting playfully to his lil' boy, 'wake up! Wake up!' ..as he's playing the Frank Sinatra song 'come fly with me'.🎵🎶💕 From what I get is that it is not a person. It is not a him speaking to me. It is Spirit. What I've been through.. and what I've discovered is that Nothing in this illusion of what I'm seeing and hearing and imagining is actually real. Like, the him I see as the father with his daughter.. is like a ghost. Is like a mirror reflection coming back to me. Like, all the communication is totally internal. There's no one and nothing. It's funny to say outloud.. but there really is, literally... NoOne and Nothing. We are REALLY All ONE. All the same. The same whatever Being that we think we are seeing. Its ALL Us. OURSELVES. Imagining us as apart. Imagining our own Selves into being. Its FASCINATING! Mind boggling.. cuz the logical mind can't understand it, .. cant know it. But the Heart can. Kundalini awakening came to me after many years looking into things as a teen and experiencing nature and many synchronicities and I think connecting with nature is key.
At 17 I was very sick with the flu for about two weeks to the point I thought I was going to die.Since I lived a couple blocks from the beach and had spent two weeks in my bedroom ,I figured I'd see the sun rise before I died one last time.While watching that sunrise and the birds I received a message that changed my life forever.That night is when I felt the energy go up my spine and light my head up.

I don't deny what's discussed in this video, but I believe, for myself, that such experiences shouldn't be sought after, as from the thought that one is safe in that experience. It's like the narrator says, an overwhelming experience that shouldn't be taken lightly, for there's great responsibility attached to it and a clear sense of what Delphi's oracle mentions:"Know thyself".
I began having heath issues from a complication from a surgery years prior in October 2013. It’s been an extremely long road, I was bed ridden and housebound, unable to eat or drink anything for over a year, constantly nauseous.. I eventually had to have most of my stomach removed.
In September 2016, my spiritual/kundalini awakening began. I had originally thought that it was due to the trauma from the health ordeal. Then, I met my Twin Flame in November- which, I had learned of during my research, when my awakening first began.. Shortly after I made such a realization, I suddenly recalled- after a series of synchronistic events that took place prior to my getting sick, I was inspired to write a list of what type of man and relationship that I desired to source, a mere months prior to my health going downhill. I didn’t know it at the time, though, Napoleon Hill wrote in “Think and Grow Rich”, that to successfully source what One desire’s to manifest- they must state how they will be of service in return; I stated that I wanted to achieve self-mastery, to not be “emotionally high maintenance” and be the best person I could possibly be for the person I desired. Thing is, before I even remembered that I wrote that list, before even my kundalini awakening began (though, my awakening was a looong process, that started well before the kundalini part- starting around 12•2012)- I stated that I was grateful for my experience, because of the self-mastery I was taught and gained; as eventually teaching self-mastery and build an empire based around teaching self-love is my life’s purpose. The crazy thing is.. The entire purpose of going through a Twin Flame awakening is to ultimately develop self-mastery and unconditional love for One’s Twin by developing it for themselves.
It’s as if everything in my life was orchestrated to play out, for my Twin Flame and I to come together. When I think back on all my prior relationships- even though I never dated upon One’s appearance or what they do- I had always had a specific type I was drawn to. Though, no one I dated matched. I just figured it was simply my “type”. However, I later realized that my Twin fit that very type that I was so attracted to almost exactly. And what I forgot to mention above- that list I wrote was spot-on about my Twin Flame. Sometimes, people who write lists will end up manifesting someone who matches and ends up being their “false Twin Flame”. However, the type of things I wrote in the list, where unintentionally references to the Twin Flame concept, showing me that he is most certainly my Twin.
No point in the story, other than to share my experience for other’s to learn from, maybe resonate with.. If One is curious on how to manifest their Twin Flame- write yourself a list of what your perfect partner would be like, and how you’ll be of service in return. Then trust that everything in your life is taking place to make that manifestation happen. I bet you’ll even be surprised by seeing how all the sychonistic events that took place to make it happen, began taking place well before you even began thinking about what you desire to manifest. It’s quite a trip to experience!

I knew when I saw your name I had to watch this. It’s my twin flames name too. We have known each other for 15 years but I just fully awakened to the twin flame journey in 2021. It has been a strange roller coaster ride from the beginning. I seem to go through periods during separation where I miss him and think about him non stop. It can be so painful to be apart. This journey would be so much easier if both of us were aware of it. Idk who decided that only one of us would know and believe this journey. My kundalini happened when my twin flame “died”. Having never met him, and him reportedly committed suicide, I am continually receiving knowledge and struggling to to put it all together or knowing what to do with it all. I do not believe my twin flame to actually have died but the event created force me into the kundalini awakening. I sound crazy but know I am not

This twin flame journey has always been with me.. I've always been drawn to the Yin and Yang energies long before I realized what they represented. After meeting my TF, I stumbled upon the twin flame journey and everything made sense. We are currently in separation and we have started speaking more than before.
