Yep absolutely, but If I draw on my own experience then.. I fought the connection to. Both twins fight the connection in their own way. Both play both roles of the runner and the chaser at different times. Its been a wild ride but I am so grateful to be on this journey. Sometimes how deep I feel it. I cant put it into words. It is truly divine love, that is boundless love. You know its your twin if you just feel a deep unconditional love and affection and this mindblowing magnetism. The connection can stabilise over time...depends significantly on the one that has the ability to transmute the others energy...

Other person feels like a home, you can see like electric in other eyes, magnetic pull is nothing you haven't never experienced. You feel very deeply connected to this person. Feels like you woke up and start living. When you hug this person feels like you get charged like some battery. Every body has the own way to experience things, this was mine. @@farrierkane My wisdom. I can say only one thing what is sure, time heals. In my case it has been three and half years when i really say that it's really getting better. Even fore a while i was able not to think this person it felt like some energy was stucked in my body and that created the low moods for me. When this person told anything about the man she was dating it was like my heart was crushed again and again. Exactly! There is no PERSON with that title, the true twin is the alignment with love within yourself, love for the divine, love for source and everything that comes along with that alignment. One can’t put a human before the love of God, I see that unhealthy attachment stuff all the time “he’s my everything and my world, he’s my rock” all that unhealthy attachment is not normal. No one person should be your everything, the world is too big for that.
Letting go of this entire concept of "twin flames" has been one of the most liberating paradigm shifts ever! I would also just like to add that synchronicity are signs of being in alignment with the universe. I say this because people have lots of synchronicity around somebody because they are happy and in an elevated mood and then become convinced that that person is their "twin flame" the relationship can get really toxic and unhealthy. However, because it was so magical and synchronistic in the way they came together, people think that surely this is their "twin flame" 🔥🔥 and they don't want to lose the connection. They convinced themselves that it must be the runner chaser dynamic. Bottom line if their relationship is unhealthy and not bringing out the best in you and you are not being treated well. Let go! I am very drawn to this lady and her teaching. When my husband and I have an argument, I have always felt like I am arguing with myself. It is like looking in a mirror for sure. It's impossible to explain. I can't say I am thrilled with the thought, but I am definitely working on ascension, very slowly through this lower third dimensional human brain. Don't pray to be together with your TF. You are ONE soul, you're the same spiritual being in 2 different personalities (body and mind), you are already together forever, whether you want it or not lol. Focus on your spiritual ascension and union with the other person will come as a byproduct. Union between Twinflames is not the goal, spiritual ascesnion is the real goal, although physical union comes too most of the times.

Thank you for this! I've been on my TF journey for about 4 years even though I've known my counterpart for 10. We were activated at a very specific time. The phrase "twin flame" found me after we were activated and I was trying to figure out what the heck had just happened lol. My own spiritual ascension and evolution in this time has been exponential due to our connection, and I've rediscovered home within myself. It's a beautiful, wild ride that I'm so grateful for!
@@andreaking2358 soul recognition/activation. Often they happen at the same time but not always. In my case I met my twin when we were teenagers. When we were 17 the soul recognition happened and I think there was a bit of activation in that after that happened he was magnitized to me. We were talking and hanging out a lot more but we werent together. He did ghost me at the end of the school year, that was the first time he ever pulled away from me. But that didnt cause me to go through a dark night of the soul and then my spiritual awakening. Not sure if it was because we didnt truly have a love bubble phase or if it was because we were way too young to go through ascension/awakening and therefore it wasnt fully triggered. So the activation is when your soul is ready for the awakening, for ascension and the super intense love bubble phase occurs and your dark night of the soul afterwards. When he came back into my life 25 years later, thats when the activation occurred.

Met a girl at my work and experienced with her the stuff you described. It was like she knew everything about me and the reason for all of my emotions, traumas, etc... without me telling her. It really felt like I was communicating with my self through her and learned so much about myself, there was actually some healing happened to me. Interesting that both of us felt the same about each other. Such strong magnetism, at some point both of us stopped working and were so much overwhelmed by this experience that we were not paying attention to anything around us except of ourselves and the experience we had. Unfortunately(or fortunately😄) I left that workplace, and that girl was from a very wealthy and a religious family, so a romantic relationship between us was a tough option, but I can only imagine where it would take both of us. I experienced a very similar time many years ago when I was in my early 20s. I went through an intense spiritual and personal growth period after that situation ended. It didn’t develop into an actual relationship. It sent me in search of answers and led me to study astrology because I had his birthdate. Fast forward to current times. I have reacquainted with another person who I felt similar connections with after years of not seeing them. It didn’t develop into a relationship either, after I tried to convey I held a deep connection and emotions towards him. It seems like an echo of what I’d experienced all those years ago in my 20s. As others here have stated: sometimes they are brought into your life to awaken a deeper part of yourself and bring up areas where you need to heal in order to grow. It shines a proverbial light into your wounds around personal or romantic relationships. That’s been my experience. What’s bizarre to me is I felt with both these individuals a telepathic connection. I was shown visions of how this latest person and I are connected on a soul level. He is a skeptic and doesn’t believe in these types of things (or was, when I last spoke with him about astrology). My twin flame relationship was probably one of the best things that has happened to my life so far. I learned a lot of lessons including my own boundaries and limits and at the same time I was able to help her out as well. I just knew it wouldn’t work out any further once discovered myself and I didn’t want to feel any resentment or anger towards her by dragging out the relationship. I still truly care about her and wish her the best but my journey is different from hers and I had to make that choice. @@ravia5112 we were very similar in a lot of ways and even had similar birthdays (all same signs except our rising sign Pisces/Leo). I just quit my job and we’ve been friends before so it was very easy for me to get committed bc there was a huge hole to fill. She did really make me happy and I really was gonna commit my life to her even to a point where I was willing to give up my friends and family because none of them approved her. (Mind you I have been single for more than 5 years) Everything started changing when we moved in together in our own place. Her insecurities showed and she put a lot of pressure on me and even betrayed me on multiple levels after I gave her 100% commitment. I thought by giving her it all, she would be less insecure and tbh I never did her any wrong. She made the choice by going thru my phone and judge me by past when I was happily single. I just realized by then that you can’t change people if they don’t want to (Don’t save her, she don’t wanna be saved - J.Cole). After the second time of accusing me of looking at girls on my phone while I’m ASLEEP, I made the choice to part ways because at this point she was just dragging me down. It was just multiple things that bothered me and I always voiced myself but she wouldn’t want to listen nor improve. I’ve never felt a lot of the emotions when we would get into fights (my limits/boundaries) because it was just a lot of non sense and she would always realize it that she went overboard. Even ruin friendships that she was able to build with ppl that accepted her. A relationship is where both people can grow and when you start sacrificing yourself to please the other then you will start feeling resentment. I never wanted to be in that place because then it would just become toxic. A lot of people get stuck bc they get into relationships too early before they are able to develop themselves. That’s why I stayed single for the longest time bc I was dating myself and don’t hurt anyone along the way.
@@ravia5112 I kinda elaborated personally, read the comment wrong but what I can say is. The other person will have a very similar taste to whatever you like. Body temperature will most of the time be also the same (both of y’all are always cold/hot). Walked a very similar life path, but one of you had a rougher past. Astrological signs might be even very similar. A twin flame can be a lot of fun bc both of y’all know what it takes to make it fun but also at times very difficult bc you know how to manipulate each other. Most clashes happen due to previous ptsd or trauma. Soulmate relationships should be effortlessly for most of the time and if there are issues, you figure it out and improve from there. With twin flames you often times allow them to act negatively bc you “understand where they come from” but it still doesn’t give them a right to treat you that way

When I met my twin flame, it was completely random. I surrendered to her immediately! Impossible to think my way through our interaction all I could do was just be present and express myself! The world becomes a bubble between us two. There is so much surplus all I can do is grow, the amount of spiritual challenges that arise is so intense! All that I could was face my fears, straight on! The things she talks about are things I know all too well. She said things that I needed to say and express especially our resignations of our physical distance it was just constant that was what I was thinking. The amount of belonging and connection and transmuting of old lessons to new ones was a reaccuring theme!

I met my twin flame a few weeks ago at a bar. I was alone and didn't expect anything that night. She was literally born the day after me; within 24hrs. We like the same music, same favorite band!!! We have the same core beliefs, we fell for each other instantly. She gave me her number and she told me that her phone was dead. And I still haven't gotten a call back from her; her phone always goes straight to voicemail. So I believe she was talking about not having her phone turned on. I keep feeling this connection to her still. It feels like she's not gone, not ghosting me, but is literally feeling what I am feeling. And the Universe has shown me that she is going through what she must as I am going through what I must; working out ourselves and our things as the Universe prepares us for each of us to come together. I learned I must truly let her and all attachments go to the Universe because only the Universe and pull out all the works, and make it all work out best for both her and I. I still miss her. Yet I am grateful she has come into my life and that the Universe is working on mine and her behalf. And I feel she's feels the same way. Having faith God; the Universe will bring us together.

Just some friendly advice... if you're missing your TF, then you haven't yet surrendered (i.e. let go of your TF/stopped chasing), which is keeping you stuck in a continuous loop of longing. Yes i knew my twin flame years ago but didn't know the strong bond we had until later. It was painful literally painful stomach and chest. I thought i was dying. It has proved to tear the inside out. Thank you for this wonderful insight. We are in a twinflame relationship in the 4th year. The tumult and triggers are a lot less then in the beginning. I know it's always and first about my own healing before we can even come together. I talk to energies that are beyond my higher self, I have visions and I keep ascending time and time again. I love myself, love the other unconditional. Feeling his emotions isn't always easy, too heavy if he is healing his part. Then I ask him telepathically to pull his energy back. The beautiful thing about it is that we can talk about things in the 5D that aren't possible yet in the 3D. It helps understanding each other better. I've seen many lifes together and I understand what we have to heal as a person and as a couple. The most difficult thing is, constantly feeling all this energy in my body. I had to learn to ground, so the energy can spread through all the centers. That makes it more comfortable. We are in contact and in harmony, meaning I accept where we are and that he has to walk his own path to healing in his own time. I am not chasing anymore and can give him the space he needs. But honestly, being patient still isn't always easy. As you said, the feelings are sooo intens, it's hard to be apart from each other. Our circumstances are that we can only call and message. Especially when we just talked to each other, missing eachother is always what follows.

I can attest to your explanation of a Twin Flame as I believe I was with that person for several years. Many of those days were the darkest I’ve ever been through, especially because the reflections were so painful. But it only set me up for transformation afterwards. It became so volatile that the longer we stayed with each other the more it was unhealthy and made us increasingly miserable. That’s the thing they don’t realize that they’re going through the ascension process, their symptoms are not twin flame symptoms. Twin flames are not here for romance and love, we are here for healing and a specific mission for the collective people to get them through their Ascension process. OMG, i've been led to this video for a purpose. For a couple of months now I've been having this experience with someone I haven't even spoken to at work. The synchronicity is very strong. One time I was in the bathroom and could feel his presence before he even walked in through the door. The psychic communication is also there and very strong. It feels like i've "downloaded" a lot about his person from the first time we locked eyes. He feels very familiar to me in a benign way. I have never felt like this about anyone. The oversoul, the soul family. This makes sense now. This was also explained in the book Journey of Souls, but it didn't click until now. At the time of my spiritual awakening, they explained to me that my wife (my twin flame) was my daughter in a sense of spirit. We're like Ying and Yang when working together, but we can pull the worst out of each other as well, which painful but necessary. I've always had the sense that my soul was ancient, and the only reason im still here is because my "children" were here and that I needed to make sure that their departure was done safely....
I also have had no desire to have physical children of my own. Because I've always had the sense that the majority of adults around me are still mentally and spiritually children that needed to be attended to...

I've met my Twin Flame seven months ago, when I moved to a different country. I think the first thing you notice is the immediate attraction and the feeling that you've known this person for a long time. Yep absolutely, but If I draw on my own experience then.. I fought the connection to. Both twins fight the connection in their own way. Both play both roles of the runner and the chaser at different times. Its been a wild ride but I am so grateful to be on this journey. Sometimes how deep I feel it. I cant put it into words. Even fore a while i was able not to think this person it felt like some energy was stucked in my body and that created the low moods for me. When this person told anything about the man she was dating it was like my heart was crushed again and again. I would also just like to add that synchronicity are signs of being in alignment with the universe. I say this because people have lots of synchronicity around somebody because they are happy and in an elevated mood and then become convinced that that person is their "twin flame" the relationship can get really toxic and unhealthy. However, because it was so magical and synchronistic in the way they came together, people think that surely this is their "twin flame" 🔥🔥 and they don't want to lose the connection. @@andreaking2358 soul recognition/activation. Often they happen at the same time but not always. In my case I met my twin when we were teenagers. When we were 17 the soul recognition happened and I think there was a bit of activation in that after that happened he was magnitized to me. We were talking and hanging out a lot more but we werent together. He did ghost me at the end of the school year, that was the first time he ever pulled away from me. But that didnt cause me to go through a dark night of the soul and then my spiritual awakening. Not sure if it was because we didnt truly have a love bubble phase or if it was because we were way too young to go through ascension/awakening and therefore it wasnt fully triggered. So the activation is when your soul is ready for the awakening, for ascension and the super intense love bubble phase occurs and your dark night of the soul afterwards. When he came back into my life 25 years later, thats when the activation occurred.

It was like she knew everything about me and the reason for all of my emotions, traumas, etc... without me telling her.
It really felt like I was communicating with my self through her and learned so much about myself, there was actually some healing happened to me.
Interesting that both of us felt the same about each other.
Such strong magnetism, at some point both of us stopped working and were so much overwhelmed by this experience that we were not paying attention to anything around us except of ourselves and the experience we had.

I experienced a very similar time many years ago when I was in my early 20s. I went through an intense spiritual and personal growth period after that situation ended. It didn’t develop into an actual relationship. It sent me in search of answers and led me to study astrology because I had his birthdate. Fast forward to current times. I have reacquainted with another person who I felt similar connections with after years of not seeing them. It didn’t develop into a relationship either, after I tried to convey I held a deep connection and emotions towards him. It seems like an echo of what I’d experienced all those years ago in my 20s. My twin flame relationship was probably one of the best things that has happened to my life so far. I learned a lot of lessons including my own boundaries and limits and at the same time I was able to help her out as well. I just knew it wouldn’t work out any further once discovered myself and I didn’t want to feel any resentment or anger towards her by dragging out the relationship. @@ravia5112 we were very similar in a lot of ways and even had similar birthdays (all same signs except our rising sign Pisces/Leo). I just quit my job and we’ve been friends before so it was very easy for me to get committed bc there was a huge hole to fill. She did really make me happy and I really was gonna commit my life to her even to a point where I was willing to give up my friends and family because none of them approved her. (Mind you I have been single for more than 5 years) Everything started changing when we moved in together in our own place. Her insecurities showed and she put a lot of pressure on me and even betrayed me on multiple levels after I gave her 100% commitment. I thought by giving her it all, she would be less insecure and tbh I never did her any wrong. She made the choice by going thru my phone and judge me by past when I was happily single. I just realized by then that you can’t change people if they don’t want to (Don’t save her, she don’t wanna be saved - J.Cole). After the second time of accusing me of looking at girls on my phone while I’m ASLEEP, I made the choice to part ways because at this point she was just dragging me down. It was just multiple things that bothered me and I always voiced myself but she wouldn’t want to listen nor improve. I’ve never felt a lot of the emotions when we would get into fights (my limits/boundaries) because it was just a lot of non sense and she would always realize it that she went overboard. Even ruin friendships that she was able to build with ppl that accepted her.
A relationship is where both people can grow and when you start sacrificing yourself to please the other then you will start feeling resentment. I never wanted to be in that place because then it would just become toxic. A lot of people get stuck bc they get into relationships too early before they are able to develop themselves. That’s why I stayed single for the longest time bc I was dating myself and don’t hurt anyone along the way.

Body temperature will most of the time be also the same (both of y’all are always cold/hot). Walked a very similar life path, but one of you had a rougher past. Astrological signs might be even very similar. A twin flame can be a lot of fun bc both of y’all know what it takes to make it fun but also at times very difficult bc you know how to manipulate each other. Most clashes happen due to previous ptsd or trauma. Soulmate relationships should be effortlessly for most of the time and if there are issues, you figure it out and improve from there. With twin flames you often times allow them to act negatively bc you “understand where they come from” but it still doesn’t give them a right to treat you that way

When I met my twin flame, it was completely random. I surrendered to her immediately! Impossible to think my way through our interaction all I could do was just be present and express myself! I met my twin flame a few weeks ago at a bar. I was alone and didn't expect anything that night.
She was literally born the day after me; within 24hrs. We like the same music, same favorite band!!! We have the same core beliefs, we fell for each other instantly. She gave me her number and she told me that her phone was dead. And I still haven't gotten a call back from her; her phone always goes straight to voicemail. So I believe she was talking about not having her phone turned on.
I keep feeling this connection to her still. It feels like she's not gone, not ghosting me, but is literally feeling what I am feeling.

I can attest to your explanation of a Twin Flame as I believe I was with that person for several years. Many of those days were the darkest I’ve ever been through, especially because the reflections were so painful. But it only set me up for transformation afterwards. That’s the thing they don’t realize that they’re going through the ascension process, their symptoms are not twin flame symptoms. Twin flames are not here for romance and love, we are here for healing and a specific mission for the collective people to get them through their Ascension process. A wonderful and concise presentation. One teacher I follow has said that the twin flame often does not incarnate into the same lifetime but acts as energetic support from their location. This seems true to me since there are so few relationships here that meet the level here described. I think many people misread a positive soul mate relationship as being twin flame which is far more potent.

So thankful you mentioned that it doesn't just effect the heart chakra center, but all 7 chakras. I don't think anyone told me about that aspect nor has anyone seemed to understand that. OMG, i've been led to this video for a purpose. For a couple of months now I've been having this experience with someone I haven't even spoken to at work. The synchronicity is very strong. The oversoul, the soul family. This makes sense now. This was also explained in the book Journey of Souls, but it didn't click until now. At the time of my spiritual awakening, they explained to me that my wife (my twin flame) was my daughter in a sense of spirit. We're like Ying and Yang when working together, but we can pull the worst out of each other as well, which painful but necessary.
I've always had the sense that my soul was ancient, and the only reason im still here is because my "children" were here and that I needed to make sure that their departure was done safely....
I also have had no desire to have physical children of my own. Because I've always had the sense that the majority of adults around me are still mentally and spiritually children that needed to be attended to...

I've met my Twin Flame seven months ago, when I moved to a different country. I think the first thing you notice is the immediate attraction and the feeling that you've known this person for a long time. We are in the separation stage at the moment, I think we were both kinda freaked out about this connection, because We've never experienced anything like this before. Every time we speak we mirror each other's weaknesses and insecurities. I hope this separation period will come to an end soon. I think my twin flame has stayed in spirit form this time and is one of my guides. I’ve always had a deep feeling of missing someone here while feeling that I was closer to my spirit guides than I was to any person I knew here.
