It's the Sex Pistols like you've never seen them before - the legendary punk band's
first-ever authorized live DVD, THERE'LL ALWAYS BE ANENGLAND , presents their historic
2007 reunion concerts at London's 4,920-capacity venue Brixton Academy.
The five frenzied shows (November 8, 9, 10, 12, 14) marked the 30th anniversary
of the group's only studio album, the notorious Never Mind The Bollocks,
Here's The Sex Pistols, which Rolling Stone has called "the Sermon on the Mount
of English punk."
Bollocks is without question one of 10 must have records ever. A complete masterpiece from start to finish.
Pousse pas, c'est le disque punk pour ceux qui connaissent pas trop le genre surtout
💯
a Chris Thomas masterpiece
Смотрю это видео в 2024 и с тоской вспоминаю свои 17, когда они приезжали в Россию. Это был главный концерт в моей жизни. Punk not Dead
one of their best songs...
That is because Ray Davies wrote it lol Submission ..dear me Ray Davies/kinks should have sued the bollocks off them a complete rip off of All Day and all of the night...peace
@@petemayes1940 😯 wow how have I just noticed that!
@Pete Mayes doesn't sound at all like All day and all of the night.
Johnny rotten : Amphetamine eyes 😅🎉
yeah....great sound. ❤ Dutch fan 66 years young
without John there would never have been Punk as we know it, simple as that.
Please read my comment cuz you & are on the same page brother 👍💛
That's obvious...anyone who disagrees is not from this planet
The Ramones might disagree but I love the Sex Pistols. I think the Ramones came first. Actually there were many punk / garage groups in the 60’s too.
Omg... Punk kid since young and then I get some people saying the Pistols weren't punk or the start of punk & I just laugh cuz they have NO CLUE ... John Lydon was the the birth and King of punk forever & always. 💛✌💪
What we call punk rock is actually power chord rock n roll
Uhh, that riff is fierce
Espectacular!!! Punks Not Dead !!!! Rockers Forever !!!
I am 57 now , and still have my vinyl NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS , and great soundtrack to my life. Even today no other band or music, hit me with the intensity of the Pistols . The intensity and heart felt delivery of Lydon and very underrated musicianship of , Jones , Matlock and Cook is original and a moment in time.
I absolutely adore and love the Sex Pistols. Best band ever in my opinion! I missed them in the 70s as I was a baby then but I had the great pleasure of seeing them in 2008 at Hammersmith, what a truly amazing night! Johnny is the most fascinating, intelligent, talented, authentic and absolutely gorgeous rock star on the planet! ❤❤❤
Well, "gorgeous" isn't the adjective I'd use with regard to Mr Lydon :) But the other ones do apply, definitely.
Besides, I consider Submission and Problems the best pieces on the Bollocks.
Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols evolved into John Lydon of Public Image, unfortunately (IMO) he was unable to evolve back for these concerts 😕
A truly great band...
2:43 and 2:53 awesome Sex Pistols sound and voice!
What a fucking riff.
Fantastic!
Still love them as much as back in the day. They changed my life.
Quite simply, the best ever. ❤️
Underrated song
I love watching old punks just blissed out singing along. Also that Steve Jones- does he even age??!!
Demonic! And I love it!
Rotten created punk and Lydon new wave.. too much for just one Johnny
Don't discount an army of artists who contributed
That just took me back to my high school years. LOL
Simply briliant😊
I love itttttt
Very similar to the Doors Hello i love you, Glen Matlock admitted inspired this song.
Paranoia by The Kinks
The great rock n roll swindle
How much i loved this song
Yes, he also tried to sing harmony with Lydon, whatta waste of effort!, and a threat - I saw them open for the 101ers and he was obviously the one with the stuff, giving Lydon a lot of energy - Jones was concentrating on his left hand.
Feckin LOVE this song ❤❤❤
The best!
So much yes
Tuning down made their music heavier...Which is a great thing 😁😁😁 The band sounds really heavy...And Steve Jones is amazing...
They seem to have fun.. so why not... But what was Sex Pistols really about.. back then... well money then, money now...or music then and music now, maybe, or was it something else... For me it was something else... also... be what you want...
They played it so much faster than the original D: mein gott
The last dangerous band.
Gucking hell John , you’re right you should ask me about Kier Starmer . Jimmy Savile , mate .
Boys plays very Well...cause original Sex Pistols with good original bassist Glen....Steve, Paul and Johnny of course are good...
Sex Pistols The Best
@01:11 nice crazy look
Very clever guy
Support from athens greece .... anarchy in uk and everywere....
Sex Pistols and hee haw. That’s me you betcha
@OutlawMCC Glen wrote the music. After having them published as "written by the entire band" he was fired. Sid looked better and was Lydon's mate.
Never released they played gigs in 2007
O Guitarrista do Sex Pistols é o Amado Batista
The kinks..
Where is Brixton now. Under the c
why is johnny rotten showing his belly?
Chael sonnen @ 0:54
Clever bloke, reaping, not listening
4:23-4:27 ??
Submission ..dear me Ray Davies/Kinks should have sued the bollocks off them a complete rip off of All Day and all of the Night
Someone explain why the Spunk bootleg is out of tune. Ta. I can't jam to it.
Too much brurring on pictures for me makes it hard to watch
Tony Field, same here but I was 17 when I saw them live 🤣🤣
@@janetcw9808 lol
Oh fuck this shit. Sex Pistols my awrse. We love our queen, god saves.
I must say.... As an American, I am deeply distressed and saddened by Mr. Lydons support of Trump. In this very video Johnny calls out champagne socialists and how could anyone vote for them. Yet he now supports that very thing! It's disgraceful and shows to me how sometimes the mighty fall. Mr. Lydon used to stand up and defend the working man and against pieces of shit like Trump. Hope he wakes up! Cuz I've always looked up to him and supported his music since I was a teenager. Still a die-hard Pistols fan but not a fan of his politics anymore. Cuz it is contrary to what he has always sung and stood for. Just sayin....
give your head a wobble
@@peteaustin9636 My head is just fine sir, but thanks for the suggestion 😉😄
couldn’t agree more, he now supports exactly what he used to hate
I'm sad cuz John used to stand against oppression yet now supports Trump.... I don't get it
He (Johnny) said that he's working class English and it makes perfect sense to vote for someone who talks about the working class, when did he do that then, Donald's dad is a billionaire and all you have to do is take one look at trump tower and that'll tell you all you need to know about the elitist piece of shit.
When I clicked send on the comment I just typed up. UA-cam gave me a little pop up about keeping comments respectful, Haha fuck off.
@@joeyrb4509 I agree... So why would Johnny vote and promote a silver spoon totally not into the working man, a racist piece of shit orange fascist. Cuz Johnny always stood up against those bastards. So why would he get in league? That's my question. I always have held Lydon in highest regard but not after he sold his soul to the hierarchy.
@@laurih.t.8723 i really hope hes doing all this controversial shit for the cameras only.
@@thequeenisalizard6976 I agree
