Its so great to finally play a game that runs great, good FPS and stutter free! Some people complain about low FPS, but they are trying to play at settings to high, this game scales great and looks great even on low settings@@eightleafgaming
We all know ray tracing is a fad marketing gimmick so NVidia can overcharge for their cards. It doesn't even look good...I never turn it on, because in the end, roughly 18% better raster performance is much better than so-called "visual fidelity". I can see the difference between 100 and 120fps. I can't even see a difference...plus we all know you need a 3090 or better to actually turn on these settings...if you even turn them on your computer will only run at like 18fps. That's why I buy AMD...cause at least AMD gives me raster performance gains and FSR 3. We all know it's the better tech. FSR 3 doesn't even need AI or special hardware to run, so that means it is better by default. I like the ghosting around characters and extra flickering in the background because I don't want to think that my games might actually be real or even realistic at all. Nvidia is just ripping off people. This fad will pass, and when it does, I'll keep my current Radeon and still out game the newest NVidia trash cause fine wine is fine whine guys. Am I right?
No, you are wrong. Look at this from purely a business perspective. Research what these features are doing, and anyone with any business sense (esp. when it comes to corporations) will understand it. Nvidia walks into a development studio and tells you as a production manager they can cut your development time in half by using their new toys, you are going to listen. This is exactly what is happening. If they can get rid of rasterization all together, using RT will reduce the time needed to focus on a scene. That's huge for developers. This is why you are seeing games slowly getting worse with standard rasterization... companies are slowly moving towards implementing these features to reduce costs. It's not going anywhere.
You are deeply mistaken, after Ray Tracing there will be a full-fledged Path Tracing, as it was in Cyberpunk 2077, look at the comparison of graphics in Overdrive with Ray Reconstruction enabled, there the picture reaches a photorealistic result. Ray tracing and Path Tracing still can't be avoided everywhere, in advertising, movies and now in games.
I don't believe you for a second. You might be trolling now because people actually gave you a very logical and realistic answer as to why it's not just a fad. Admitting to trolling is just idiotic and pointless. You would of never replied if you were "Just trolling". @@CuttinInIdaho douch
In fact, ray tracing turn off is using software ray tracing, similar to Lumen
great showcase, your composition choices are always wonderful
ayyy I appreciate that! Thanks for checkin it out
RT only looks great in AW2 because their ssr is so terrible and grainy. It's totally crazy thy have no mirrors reflections at all without rt.
What’s up with the mirror reflection on this game. 😂
lol like funhouse mirrors or something.
Its not only ray traicing but path treicing to
Is this Max settings? You are getting excellent FPS. 4090 is so good.
Yep settings at the end of the vid! Frame generation and DLSS are the real champions here though haha
