Awesome build! Love the drop after the axle. I was looking at beverage truck frames as a chassis for mine as some of them have a double drop already done.
Nice job! To techie for me, I would've reduced it to a single axle truck, would ride better. I like many things about the build. I just look at all the pros and cons .👍
you can go to my FB page(first stop rv) and look at individual parts of the build. but it has a 3/4 plate on the back and is rated to 40k on the hitch. with the adjustable receiver , right now I have to different hitches I can put in. 2 5/16 fixed ball, or a 2" standard receiver.
Ya, that is the process in the second picture. You can see how short the truck was before and it went to a 330" WB. Believe it was extended 16 ft, but then I chopped off the 3 or so feet behind the airbags to make the garage frame. It is also inserted with what they call an insert, 1/4 frame(second layer) from the tail to almost the cab. Making sure the frame is strong and minimizing flex.
WOW, an amazing built.
Wow, such good workmanship! Good job all!! 👍

Amazing! So impressive!
You’ve read my mind for a totter. And, really nice work.
Just what I was looking for..This would be perfect if it was 45 minutes long with step by step instructions & tips.
So incredibly impressive. Honestly is there anything you can't do!?

What type of glue did you use to adhere the aluminum roof to the osb. Thanks.
I would like to buy your plans. Are they for sale?
By chance what was the price difference between buying and building?
How and with whom did you insure this with?
What is the interior walls made of? Hoping for ideas for my build.
How many people working on it. I ask cause i want to do that exact same thing my self. Trying to put it all together
That is awesome! Do you build for others?? And I might of missed it but what does the tow setup look like?

How long did that take approx. start to finish ?
Cost ?????
Did you extend the frame? How much distance from back of cab to end of the living box?
