Insanely happy you did a video on this. Saw it somewhere on social media a few days ago and absolutely fell in love. This made it even more so. Sharp looking rig to say the least
I'm glad that I got a chance to watch the video on this massive Peterbilt 389 super luxury motorcoach! The first thing that I noticed was that you couldn't tell that the slide-outs were out, it has a.mirrored look and that is amazing! The inside of it just blew me away with how spacious it is an the design is out of this world!! Whoever has this unit is one very lucky person!! Yalls new fan Leonard from North Carolina!!!!!!
Beautiful!!! And finally someone got smart and separated the dinette from the sofa.... never made sense to me that manufacturers put the 2 are side by side on the same side of the coach....
@@pbear216 That's what I was thinking. This would be impossible to maneuver anywhere but highways and wide city streets. The turning radius has to be insane.
All that time building cars and working on Nobach Trucking cleaning truck, the V8 Chevy Luv, the Hilborn Injected Monte Carlo, the 55 Chevy and more. You are an artist MPHS 1988
Definitely a Pachardbilt! It is surely beautiful! 🇺🇸 Made!!! Low, long & ready for traveling. You guys & 1492 did a astonishing job on this Coach! And with those pipes, I would bet, that it has a real smoooth sound! 👏👏👏🖤👍👍👍
It probably has air ride suspension that you can raise or lower, I would love to own this and take it out on vacation since I am retired from truck driving. Take care of yourself and your truck camper and please always drive safely wherever you go.
Whoa!! Wild!!! Growing un Southern California I always rode with my Dad in a 78 emerald green Pete 352 cabover.. He worked for an equipment company at that time called Northridge Equipment rentals. They provided equipment to Studios, aerospace, and for the state.. My grandparents on my mom's side were from Oklahoma. In 1985 they sold their home in California and moved back to Oklahoma and bought a house and property just outside of Ada Oklahoma in a community called Pickett!!. Sorry caught my attention.
Bout as nice as it gets. The cabs' original and you can't do much more to it. I'd leave it that way if it was myne. If I ever hit that lotto- I be looking you guys up. That is BADDDD TO THE BONE.. Show more trucks you have. I'm stuck in long term care and this gets me out of this place & thanks for sharing it.
🎉🎉🎉King🎉🎉🎉The Shade Onyx very bright. Those bars on the front. Look like mirror. I wear long dresses much. I always have to check my bumper for extra. Thank u for the mirror.
I love the comments saying, “Uh oh, no pot holes, no off roading, no “whatever”, like it was built to do any of those things. I would imagine this was built to camp in high end campgrounds. Not everyone needs to camp where you go off road.
@@michaellake5269 , indeed always a cool looking paint color but makes its owners nearly mad in the head attempting to keep them clean. Seems like certain dark blues / Greys can look cool yet not so instantly dirty as black. Amazing build either way 👏🏻🙌👌💪💯
Beautiful coach. I’ve seen videos before of 1492s truck conversions. They do a great job it’s just that every one that I’ve seen have basically looked pretty much the same. With the all dark brown look. It’d be nice to see them change it it up a little. One thing that is different with this truck is it doesn’t have a bunk over the cab, which theirs usually has, well the ones I’ve seen anyway. Please don’t think I think it doesn’t look nice because it does, they do great work and this one looks great. If they see my comment, just a suggestion, try a different color scheme every now and then.😊
Absolutely stunning work, i think i would want gloss black metal latches on the outside boxes however. The plastic just looks cheap on something so nice
It looks like a piece of glass it's so straight and shiny. Beautiful rig. I certainly couldn't afford it, but I I'm aiming for a riveted Prevost, which I think is realistic. Regardless - congrats to the builder and the owner.
Oops - I just caught something that would really bum me out - that you can look from front to back and see a roll of toilet paper in the against the back wall, or worse, just glancing over from the kitchen. It's a curious configuration. Makes me think "why wasn't it configured so the rear toilet isn't out in the open?
I’d love to see it lifted off the air and driving… it’s definitely stunning… if I was just going to camp in parks, hell I’d have this and a off-road beast on a 650 chassis 😂. One for the glamp and one for the dirt.
She is gorgeous, all this beauty needs is a matching unit to haul the Bentley and the Harley Davidson in. Now this belongs to a billionaire who’s not only knows what true class in coach designing is all about. But also his pick in the use of this fine Peterbilt tractor to design this fine sleeper around, oh what a waste of imagination and money if he would have done what most other billionaires would do. He could have bought a Prevost and that would have been a crime😮
Just wow, the interior just as beautiful as the outside yeah I wouldn’t mind driving it to the grocery store and back, I couldn’t help it if the grocery store was about five or six states away😁😁 well I’ll watch for the next one until then peace and chicken grease😁😁👋👋😎
For a musician on tour, this would be sick. Id imagine someone who would spend this kind of money on this knows exactly how it will be used. Also imagine there’s a serious airbag / hydronic system on it
Absolutely Outstanding! I’m curious what the ride height looks like once it’s aired up and ready to roll. Just a heads up, I’ll be looking you up as soon as I pick the right 6 numbers for the Powerball. 🥰😂😎
Question. Any bets on how long it'll take before it starts cracking from the long length. I'm down for 6 months but that rig probably won't be driven no more than a week out of a year huh?
I doubt that it will crack. It’s double framed and the whole body is made of heavy wall tubing and aluminum sheet. Pry wont see more then 5-10000 miles a year.
Take it for a spin up here in the northeast. I-90 NY I-87 NY down to I-287 new jersey NJ 202 down towards Philadelphia then west on I-80 towards Pittsburgh and onto Columbus, Ohio. Guarantee there will be nothing left of that skirting and flaps & lights 😮😮😂...
I know the air is dumped but still how are you getting this thing across a low hump RR crossing? It's really nice to look at , just not practical. But hey it's a look at me showpiece anyway . Nice workmanship.
It rides low. Does it have air ride to be able to raise the whole vehicle? Might need a little bit to raise the rig so it doesn't scrub the bottom. Beautiful outfit. ❤ 😊
They better hope they don't ever have cross any railroad crossings, that thing looks like next to nothing clearance from the cab to rear axles. Might get hicentered on speed bumps in parking lots. 😂
Must be a real blast to turn in the city with that wheelbase.
Its a blast to turn anywhere lol
Spectacular 389 RV...1492 and Pickett Custom Truck did a great job!
Looks like something Yosemite Sam would drive. Just needs a bulls horn over the radiator.

It needs either an over the cab sleeper or a large front window on the coach body.
But badass nonetheless! 😎
It’s beautiful but it kid of looks funny with such a tall box mated up tight against the cab
The turning radius must make it near impossible to navigate anywhere but highways and wider city streets.
Or some sorta of nose cone .
Don't drive it
Beautiful!!! And finally someone got smart and separated the dinette from the sofa.... never made sense to me that manufacturers put the 2 are side by side on the same side of the coach....
No railroad crossings for that beast.
It has its own railroad tracks
You couldn't drive it anywhere.
@@pbear216 That's what I was thinking. This would be impossible to maneuver anywhere but highways and wide city streets. The turning radius has to be insane.
Try getting it into a campground? Anything not 100% modern this thing would never get into? So much for RV’s being for getting back to nature.
Looks like it would high center on a horse turd

There is nothing simple about this...

To each their own but white to me looks like fleet truck colours.
Beautiful truck!! I saw this at trucking for kids in Fontana ca. great job gringo!
That is the most custom Tractor and trailer I have ever seen very clean!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That sure is one big ass bobtail 👍🏼
It is beautiful.... I hope the cab paint will be brought up to the same quality as the Coach.
Its been worked on alil since the video. Hopefully get a updated video up soon with the matching trailer
Our roads are so bad on inland Australia it would bottom out so bad here. Beautiful job well done.
Dude it would bottom out on the M1 between Sydney and Brisbane and be completely destroyed between Sydney and Melbourne 🤣

I believe that it would be hard to turn.
Use to have a 330” wheel base COE dragging a 53’ furniture wagon. Definitely NO FUN!
Nice and beautiful!
