Thanks for sharing. Really liking the idea of a titanium full suspension 140 ish rear with a 160 ish front end that could be 29er or mullet. If you ever need a 220lb medium frame size beta frame tester I'm pretty hard on normal bikes lol. Love that you seem to have found your calling fairly early in life. Can't wait to see what the future brings. Enjoy the ride
I appreciate it! i definitely am loving it lately! I wouldn't say I've found my calling yet though, I'm kinda a multi-passionate person and still jump between lots of interest still determining what I want to focus on the most, but I suppose that's the game of life haha! This channel is one of the places for me to explore that and try sharing my interests to put myself out there more!
Feel free to reach out on my Instagram or email in the about section of my channel! I’d be happy to talk about it more for sure, glad you like the build!
Hello I enjoyed seeing you building your dream titanium full suspension enduro mountain bike I was hoping to see one day a full suspension mtb building on a Titanium frame How much cost the frame ? From where did you purchase this frame ? Is this frame custom made ? How much travel have the Fox DHX2 rear shock ? How much travel a fork should have on this frame ?
Hey! So glad you enjoyed the video! I do the design, kinematics, and most of the engineering for the frames and then I've got a welder friend and machine shop to do the linkages and such, So they are entirely custom hand made. The total cost of building this frame was around $3,500 not including portions of the labor that I did. I plan to sell these frames as well as my hardtail frames in the near future if all goes well! As for the suspension travel, this bike is setup with 160mm rear travel and I have the fork setup for 180mm front travel
@@BenCarano I dunno if I posted about making a full suspension Felt Faker style motorized bicycle frame to sell or if it got deleted.....The aluminum gas tank frames are prone to cracking... Using steel ( maybe 4130 chromemolly steel) would have made more sense than aluminum. Since steel is stronger, cheaper & easier to weld, repair & modify. It's a motorized bike frame so it doesn't matter if it's say 3 lbs heavier VS a pedal bike frame trying to be light as possible...... If you made a full suspension Felt Faker type motorized bike frame, I'd buy one. If I didn't have health issues & a constant battle with pain & fatigue slowing me down....... I'd be trying to make & sell them. I'm guessing almost every motorized bike 2 stroke builder would really want one & prefer it over a weaker hardtail felt fakers frame.... Maybe also make a section of frame tubing that holds some 2 stroke oil with a mini fill cap & drain valve. Then make the gas tank cap also double as measuring container/cup in oz........So when you need gas. Pull up to the gas station, take gas cap off, fill it with 2oz of oil from the in frame oil tank. Pour the oil in the 1/2 gal tank, then fill full with gas & you're at 32/1 ratio.
@@michaelbrinks8089 Could definitely be a nice invention!! Just way to expensive for 99% of people in the motorized bike industry. Maybe I'll try it someday!
Hope you enjoy the build!! I can't wait to put this amazing bike to some proper testing on the trails soon!
Is there specs for the FS Frame available ?
@@darrinkulyk9560 Currently working on a website that will have the geometry listed eventually
Awesome. You won't have to worry about this one snapping in half down the trail.
Thanks! haha that's my hope :)
Congratulations, looks epic 🤘
Thanks!
If possible, build the evil insugent frame in full titanium.
I challenge you bro love you, keep it up

Awesome Bike 😎 Thanks
Awesome build man! Great vid. Appreciate you filming the full process
Thank you!! So glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Yes, she's ready for a summer of fun
Excellent work, my friend! What's the weight of the frame with suspension, and what's the overall bike weight?
Thanks!! I think the frame with shock was around 8 lbs and the full bike was 35 lbs
We are very interested in a frame if you do build more

What flat pedals are those
The bike look beyond great!!!!
Thanks!! I use the MZYRH pedals I believe. Have had really good luck with them
Great looking bike.
Where did you order it?
Thanks! This one was built from scratch.. my own brand. I may start selling them soon though once I flush out the final prototypes!
Hello, am just wondering hoe was the testing and when it is going to available for oders 🙂

@@mihaics23 of course! Titanium bikes like this are pretty new so I’m happy to give insight or answer questions about the topic

Now don’t go and get it all dirty. 😅 Congratulations!
I know right? I so badly wanna just hang it on my wall and stare at it forever but I know it is made to be ridden! 😄
How much did it end up weighing?
