Selenium helps with my Hashimotos disease. I eat two brazil nuts every day
Most plants I find show low selenium (except brazil nuts and coconut). Fish/seafood and liver/kidney however seem to be very high in selenium with other meats being on par with most vegetables. So how do you come to the conclusion that plants are the better source of selenium? Is the selenium from them more bioavailable?
