Watching this VDO makes me think of the days I flew for Bhutan Airlines as a First Officer and realize that I was among a few people who have this opportunity.
There are both more pilots than people realise, but also, by comparison relative to all of humanity for all time, statistically NOBODY has done what you did. Feel proud, you lived at such a rare time and had the capacity, Aviation is just about the most incredible thing we have done.

Another wonderful video. What can I say but it is beyond a thrill to be so close to the pilots having them "speak" to me and permit me to be present on the flight deck with them. I remain fixated by your superb channel. Many thanks to all involved especially the captain and first officer on this flight into Kathmandu, Nepal. 4+ all around.

Very small airline but very interesting. I saw two of their A 319's in Bangkok in 2016 and 2020. My model at home scale 1:500 is A5 - RGF. Landing in Kathmandu is always tricky bit awesome. Had it in 2005 with Thai in a 777-200 ER.

I had the privilege of siting in the cockpit with the same captain a couple of years back very skillful and cool captain ...flying into paro airport ..........the most beautiful view one can ever witness..... flying between the paro valley ....awesome view of the Himalayan ranges .......and the skillful landing .........and the most beautiful place to visit and the most kindest and loving people the people of bhutan,,,,,,,,,,better add Bhutan into your bucket list if you haven't.....

Airline pilots rule, it must take an amazing combination of concentration, attention to detail and general situational awareness and not be afraid of heights!

One of many reasons why I love flying is the scenery you see outside your window. For an extreme airport, these pilots are very well trained. I enjoy listening to and watching these great pilots as they go over everything. Watching how they avoid all that terrain was amazing. Awesome takeoff and landing that sounds amazing. Beautiful view outside these windows; I enjoy listening to the pilot talk about those amazing mountains. Awesome video; I love it.
A real blast to see is how a nuke sub, nuke power plants or a nuclear pwrd aircraft carriers. When any of these are rdy to start, the start-up takes 8-12+ hrs.
Well now, let's not get carried away.

I’ve seen other videos and they disable the Ground Warning System or else the plane would be constantly shouting at you “obstacle obstacle terrain terrain”

1st officer is tiny yet handled it like a pro
Beautiful take and landing shots problem is Just Planes is not familiar with famous mountain peaks of the world - Here he after the shot of Makalu 5th highest peak missed Everest highest peak in the world and 4th Lhotse as he panned away looking for them .Next time learn the geography of the region .Katmandu has special flights just to see these peaks and here you also have bonus of the 3rd highest peak Kangchenjunga .
You have to be skilled since youre in paru and just a handfull of captains are allowed to land there
