@@steven5054 no, its experience, 8 months of hypnotherapy, psychoanalysis i think i did, surprised i didnt kill myself in the process, the demons didnt let me rest for 6 7 months.
Well before i would get depressed for maybe a few months, now in 2 days im good again, and its just some upset/sadness like anyone else.

I followed this advice and the results absolutely scared me. I discovered a part of myself that is far wiser than the me I'm used to and I found that indeed it does answer questions posed honestly. I don't always like the answers but they come readily when I'm genuine about asking. And I have found them to be 100% correct every single time. Peterson is absolutely right about everything he said in this video.

Years ago theologians, philosophers and great minds figured out that the are only 7 things needed in life. For life to be lived and done only 7 things were required! These 7 things I made into the acronym L.E.S.. M.E.R.Y. The hardest one to figure out was the E. For Entitlement. Some others are basic necessities of life. S=sleep E=eating Y=young (children or reproduction) L=life (everlasting life, religion, the belief that there is a beyond after death) M=marriage (a spouse or significant other) .... The research was scrubbed(wiped) from the internet years ago but I still remember some because of the interesting acronym LES MERY I created. A macob and seemingly dark acronym that sounded like "less happy "... Like "melancholy and the infinite sadness "

THAT has been the case far too often. Those people stay in wheelchairs while many regained the use of their legs.

Ante Mortem hi I have a difficulty speaking following a stroke. They way I deal with it I try to channel my inner warrior, my calm, mature inner warrior. I get by by using a lot of gestures. For example 👍🏻Thumbs up gesture, thumbs down gesture etc etc 👎🤞👌🤟nodding and shaking of the head. Using words like ok, fine, good. Be a good listener instead a good talker. It’s so hard for me to talk too, but I can hear the pain and frustration of your inner voice. My voice sounds awful, I can’t say a lot of words properly but I find most people are kind. The others are people you wouldn’t want to know anyway. Stay positive man!

The other thing that prevents people from having happiness is failure to monitor their own internal health- westerners are generally very deficient in this regard. Only 10% of Americans practice meditation regularly, for example. It is no surprise that so many people experience very serious mental/health issues at some point in their life.
