Hi William! Thanks for your comment … and I agree, both are nice! Pluto is actually a classier, and more sophisticated look. Earth is more if a summer fun watch.
Doug, what are your thoughts on it after wearing it for a while? Seen mixed reviews! Is it nice? Good quality? I know it’s not a real Omega but does it pass as good enough to wear causally?
Hi Aaron, thank you so much for your comment. They really are nice/fun watches. They are especially nice for us because on the association to our trip in Europe. Quality wise, they are really Swatches … not Omegas. So, very light and comfortable. A perfect summer travel watch.
Hi Doug long no talk! For sure, the green is superior..... even the fact that Seamaster is not in red like all the other colours signifies it's a little bit more special. BUT you absolutely MUST get the rubber strap with the deployant clasp Doug. Transforms the watch compared to the pin buckle standard rubber strap, which is awkward to use due to the bulk of the watch making it feel it might drop while you're putting it on. By contrast the deployment clasp version always feels secure, as a bracelet does, and is nicely engineered too. As a result the rubber strap with deployant clasp elevates the watch to a true luxury experience - as you'd expect from Omega of course. Only downside is you have to purchase the clasp and the strap together, as the strap differs from the standard strap that comes with the pin buckle. Ask your AD, when I got mine you could not order the watch with this configuration you had to purchase the watch on bracelet or the regular strap first then buy the strap with deployant clasp after that. A bit annoying but it's worth it in my opinion as the upgrade elevates the entire watch experience. All the best Doug. Marco
Hi Marco! Thank you so much for your great advice and expertise! I agree the rubber strap with deployment is the “perfect” configuration for the watch. 😊
I think both are nice!
