Your modeling def helps esp with young fabulous and broke haha, that’s so annoying that people steal your photos, I’ve seen it before and reported them lol Anyways, that’s crazy on the Paris boots that it took so long but yay that the transaction went through! Love your advice of seeking out brands that work well for each of us. We all learn how much we can pay for each item to make a profit and we’re always taking risks with new brands so we’re all on the same boat lol I’ve learned a lot from you and I hope this next year we all progress and learn more! Also I used to cross post to tradesdy but I stopped after I got 2 returns in a week (the dresses were returned in perfect condition thankfully) but I just didn’t like their 30 day return policy for any reason, I only sold like 1 item every 2 months but that’s prob because I was cross posting the wrong items for the buyers on that platform, that’s just me though, I hope tradesy works for you tho because your items are def curated towards the people that use that app! Thank you for a great video, Faith! Did you decide not to provide free shipping on ebay because of returns? I've been thinking about changing it too. I just had a very expensive item returned (I allow 30 day returns).The buyer paid for return shipping but I'm still out $10 or so dollars of shipping to them.
I don’t offer returns on eBay! The shipping situation was definitely a contributor to both decisions. Since Posh is my main platform, I don’t mess around to much with eBay haha I try and minimize my risk as much as possible
@@faithhommes3902 Well, the only reason I started to offer returns is to prevent the buyers from damaging my items or me paying for their return shipping, or not getting a returned item at all, because I learned that ebay still allows returns even with the seller's no return policy. But I wonder if maybe there's better luck with no return policy. It's a tough call. I'll definitely remove my free shipping on ebay.😄

What do you do when people steal your photos?
I just let it go, it’s not worth the energy to me. I know other people comment on the listing and ask them to remove the photo
