- I spent $1,089 sourcing online from TheRealReal to resell for profit on Poshmark, eBay and Mercari! I am giving you a haul of everything that I picked up and explaining the reasons why. I have been trying to increase the amount of online sourcing I do in my business as a full time reseller. I run my business sourcing high price point items and focus on high profit per item flips. My motto is quality over quantity when it comes to sourcing inventory.

I found some SW boots at Plato’s closet for $14.00…brand new. They had them marked as synthetic😂
What a great video! You make me want to try sourcing on the real real LOL. I also love your example of a different kind of business model. Excited to watch more videos from you!
Loved this haul Faith! I am been going back to my roots and sourcing online at TheRealReal too this past month! Especially loved those AllSaints jackets!
Leather is a great pickup for fall here! Thanks for sharing, Faith! 💛
i love your videos on retail arbitrage and it inspired me to give it a try!!
"There's levels in this, man" 💯 yes there is. 🤣Love it ❤
hahaha I'm glad you can relate! Thank you for watching!
Loved seeing what you got!! 😍
Hi Faith - great tips in the video and comments section and of course I liked what you sourced. I'm trying to up my profit for item, but right now I have to do most of my sourcing online. With this method, do you find you spend more time sourcing now and less time on processing? Seems like that would happen, which is kind of nice.
Hi,I already found you I love your videos.
How much did you pay for each jacket.
Thanks & God bless you
you're making me want to try sourcing on the real real boo!! Low key want those highland boots 😍 im a 9 lolllll
It takes some time to hunt down things that are prices low enough to resell but if you find them then its soooo worth it!! Thank you for watching! You know where to find me if you want a good deal on some cute boots 😉
Great video as always!
Thank you as always :)
I just searched the real real for the brands you got and I don’t know how you figure out your profit margin. They seem to be over priced to me if I’m looking to make at least 50% profit.
Hey Anna! I don't making sourcing decisions primarily based on my profit margin. I primarily focus on my gross profit per item. For example, that oversized AllSaints Leather Jacket cost me $100 including taxes and fees. I have it priced at $499 but I think it will actually sell for $300. If that is the case, then after Poshmark fees, I would make a profit of $139 with a profit margin of about 46%. If I wanted higher margin flips then I would have to flip a lot more items to reach my profit goals.
@@faithhommes3902 i see. how do you determine the listing price? I see the highest comps for an all saints jacket is around $250.
I don’t price solely based on the average of sold comps, I price based on what is currently available, condition, demand, quality of photos, etc… there are also plenty of AllSaints Biker Jackets that are selling for over $250 on poshmark based on comps
Hi Faith, stunning finds 😍 I was wondering how much are you willing to pay for an item compared to how much you would price the item ? Is it around 50% and more ? Thank you for the great content :))
Hey!! I focus more on profit per item and not profit margin. My minimum is to double my money so if I pay $100 for something I want my earnings after fees to be $200 so I make a $100 profit. I also make sure I can price the item higher than my minimum price to account for offers and fees!
I also source based on profit per item and not profit margin. My goal is to make a minimum of $40 profit per item. I don’t get something just because I can make a 75% profit margin if the profit per item is only $10 for example. Definitely figure out what works best for you and your business because everyone will succeed with different numbers. This is just what my number goals are right now (they change as I grow)
You're so pretty!! 😍
Do you have a video on how to take pictures
