    Your driving is giving me chills... You're riding that bike over it's capacities, and that's dangerous. Had an 09, it's not at it's limits, where your's is over it. Just saying, be carefull man.

      It seems also that he applies too much throttle too early when still leaning (hence rear slip), but yeah, it might be also that he is pretty close to limit 😅 Hornet has decent suspension but I noticed that it has limits at higher cornering speeds and feels slightly unstable. It might be also that I am used to my old Suzuki VX800 still, which was 40kgs heavier and felt very stable when comparing to my Hornet that is extremely nimble. Still, Hornet is a joy to ride 😊

      I witnessed my mate crash going around a bend. 3 kids and a wife. It certainly humble him, but it honestly did the same to me. It can be over so quick. His bike was completely wrecked, but he was wearing all the gear and was ok.

      Indeed. This Hornet, does need top notch suspension, higher pegs, and a bit more of technique by me to really compete against a MT09 the right way. This really is a City Bike (CB) and not a track bike, and it can really be seen here.

    nice ride mate. any problem with 160 rear wheel in the cornering?

    • @hxmoto
      @hxmoto  2 місяці тому +2

      No problems at all, it is a smaller and ligher unsprung weight, making it more responsive in turns. If you manage to go to the absolute limit of the bike, you will feel first the limits of the suspensions than grip from the tire (with decent tires).

    O meu estilo de condução é precisamente o deste vídeo.
    Estou prestes a comprar mota e estou bastante indeciso entre a Hornet e a CBR650R. Será que o torque é muito diferente?

    • @hxmoto
      @hxmoto  6 місяців тому +2

      Sim, esta sendo 2 cilindros tens binário desde baixas rotacões, logo desde as 2-3krpm. A CBR650R, como é a 4 cilindros, estás muito tempo à espera da potência. E como ambas teem os mesmos cavalos, faz a Hornet ser muito melhor porque tens a potência da 650 para velocidade, e tens mais binário para cidade.
      Espero ter ajudado!

    Do you like the fact that the hornet has a 160 tire instead of 180?

    • @hxmoto
      @hxmoto  25 днів тому +1

      Tbh, I don't understand what's the problem in having a 160, many MANY people complain about it, but it just doesn't need a 180. On the same tire model, due to the way the tire fits in the wheel, a 180 reaches the tire limit faster than the 160. And 160 is more agile and lighter.

      I really like to use 1080p@60fps, gives the smoothness and is storage friendly, but if you want to give zoom once in a while, I recommend 2.7k@60fps. The stability really is what you feel better in your videos, if you see there is too much movement, turn stability on, if it looks like it is floating in the air, turn it off.
      For wind I STRONGLY recommend you a sponge, to reduce wind noise.
