The opposite is absolutly correct! Believe it or not! Fine tuned athletes are more susceptible to fall seriously ill, and to develop serious covid19 symptoms! Yeah, their immune systems are too strong and might do aggressive reaction when coronavirus intrude their bodies! This is something medically called cytokine storm! And this phenomena is more dangerous than the virus itself! It could cause organs damage or in worst cause scenarios complete organ failure, and death!
@@arnavparashar8349 No, I am not saying that the healthy strong immune system of a normal human is a problem in itself. I am speaking about high endurance etheltes, when they do intense workout out for long periods of time, they subject their bodies to something called oxidative stress, and become more susceptible to cytokine storm! Doing some sport is absoulty important for strong heathly imume system, but on the other hand (as in the case of professional athlete) over doing it could cause harm to immune system. It is a critical balance.

I implemented Ronaldo's ab workout into my training, after a while it gets easy. He probably does 500-1000 crunches per workout just to feel something. Truly an amazing athlete!

Think of steph curry in the nba for example, hes not small but compared to nba players hes smart, so he practiced 3 points like there was no tommorow because he needed something due to his talent being less than the others. Another example: a rich kid tends to work less hard than someone who came from poverty
