Servings: 9 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 120 grams of yogurt (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 80 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
- 40 grams of melted butter (3 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 100 grams of rice flour (1/2 cup)
- 90 grams of all-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven / 20 minutes.
