This is a great video. I used Megs 101 and 205 for stuff. The dusting was ridiculous. This combo is nice and you mentioned Markus . If anyone knows he does. Overall great video!!
Thank you! I plan to! I really appreciate the support! I’m just trying to give back to the community what I learned on my own and from people like Markus Kleis
Great presentation! It's nice to see M110 and M210 featured. Heads up that those abrasives do not diminish. Ever since the release of M105 and M205 Meguiar's is all about their Super Micro Abrasive Technology. I don't believe they've even made a non diminishing buffing liquid since their inception. But - the lubricant does break down over the cycle time. Absolutely.
I recently purchased a second random orbital from harbor freight with a 20mm throw. Do you see any drawbacks from switching the 6 inch backing to a 5 inch? I know guys have done it with there 15 mm throw machine . But havnt noticed anyone switching ojt the 20mm machine. Great video picked up another tip from ya!!
Hi Brian, yes, you can swap in a 5 inch BP on that tool and it works well. It does alter the balancing ever so slightly, but not enough to be concerned. -MK
A lot of pad manufacturers have different color schemes but you could use a red or white typically are the colors I see for that - they really have no cutting they’re just there to spread the material. You could try Rupes uno protect on a Rupes white pad or black pad from another company (ultra fine pad) for example is also meant to be a finishing sealant as well

Recent releases from Rupes, Kochemie, and 3D offerings are far more modern compound & polish solutions. Hell Sonax and Menzenra are behind those but still way out ahead of Meg. products for certain. In my opinion the dust from Meg. 110 & 210 is still unacceptable in our detail bay. I would recommend these for quick turn around bodyshop only use. Glad it replaced the king of dust combo the original Meg. 105 & 205.
It's called consumerism. Koch is basically a Menzerna copy. The current Rupes offerings were designed my former Meguiar's chemists. Old dress in a new hat. Hardly a reason to go the elitist route.
@NickM1013 it’s not bad dust but it’s not the least dusting or “zero dust” The east dusting combo I’ve personally used is Sonax cut and finish and Sonax perfect cut

After this process can you use a wax as a follow-up/sealant for the finishing polisher? If so, which pad type should use for the DA?

have you used this combo on Tesla blue paint? if so did you use the 110/blue and 210/orange as stated or 110/orange with 210/blue
Not specifically that I can remember. I use a lot of Sonax products now - cut and finish on a blue HDO

I was just going to ask about the dusting with this combo. Some reviews say it dusts others say zero dust. Which is it?

@NickM1013 perfect finish sorry
What are the textures of those pads boss??
It’s the flat faced HDO not the hex
Can you saved oxidized paint?
