Just a note: holding the arms up was easy for me, the discomfort came from sitting in easy pose, between my thighs and within back, HOWEVER I persevered with the purpose attained, thank you.. I've fallen off of the meditation horse and I feel like my mind and heart are suffering greatly due to my lack of discipline in that area specifically. I will enjoy utilizing this to hop back up on that train to retrain my mind. Thank you, lady 🤗🙏

That is something I feel like maybe is so simple; but without a TRUE understanding and acceptance of its fact once is open to self attack at the initial response which can then push down future practice. Small thing, but huge for me personally. I appreciate you ❤️🍁🍂
Hi darling thank you very much- this meditation was special- in that i did build mental discipline and fast too- and it was the first meditation where i was able to merge body and mind into the practice. If that makes sense. You have great energy right up and then delivered a lovely experience. I have saved onto my bookmarks to practice again. Your meditation also made me realise clearly- that exercising the mind through meditation is a bit like physical workouts- there are so so many track to go into- so many movements and different exercises to do- and the same applies to the mind really. We must seek with curiosity different meditations over time i suppose , and repeat consistently- just like physical exercise. I will always seek to meditate daily or every 2 days. I was able to hold my arms throughout it- not sure how long that was. Here another insight- i was prepared to hold my arms up for 12 minutes- the duration of the video- then when i realised it was to be a fraction of it- i was relived- BUT i was mentally prepared to go the 12 mins- this demonstrates the power of mental strength. Namaste.

I just did this meditation for the first time. I was unable to hold the posture for 3 minutes. I think I had to take 3 breaks and resume. I hope I can gain the strength to hold for the entire 3 minutes!

\The more i do this the better it gets- i love the mix of physical posture with mental / meditation. It does have the effect of moving from the body to the mind or vice-versa. I guess it merges the body and mind as one- as they really are. Thanks again !

Thank you. Prior to this I was in a whirlwind of emotional state that I could not control. I now am in a much calmer and focus state of mind.
