The first date Bruce and Linda had was not at the Seattle waterfront, he took her to the Seattle Space Needle, I know this because she told us about it at the commemoration of Bruce's 50th Death Anniversary, that was at the Restaurant Harbor City of Chinatown Seattle
you're right, thats also in her book "The Man Only I Knew". her book also says nothing about him seeking her out, instead she saw him around campus and her friend invited her along to one of his classes.

This is inaccurate. They met thru a friend of hers, who is Asian, not him scanning the crowd. Then she started taking classes. And that wedding pic isn't theirs. That bride is Asian, most likely his sister and Bruce was probably a groomsman.

I'm sure he could have any woman he wanted in Hong Kong but probably not in the US with racism what it was. Sad that he cheated on her with a trashy mistress named Betty Ting. He was an amazing man though! Great husband & dad, not so much. I don’t think he spent much time with them …correct me if I am wrong.
