Hi, tbh I just kind of wing it lol. I estimate a lot and trim down to size when it’s too big so it’s difficult to measure. I believe he was made using around 185g of modelling paste x
Renshaw I think only do Flower and modelling paste which dries very quickly in comparison to Saracino. Renshaw used to do a modelling paste but i think they stopped making it now x

@@CakeNation ok thank you so much!
Hi, do you have any instructions on how to add the vest?
Just cut some black fondant to the shape needed for the front and push on gently. And then do the same to the back x
Fab tutorial thank you
Glad you liked it
Do you have any guidelines on how many grams of fondant to use for each component?

Hi what is the difference between saracino modelling paste and the Renshaw please?

@@CakeNation ah thank you. Im making a cake for a friend's son's 18th and although I can bake I'm not experienced in making things out of fondant !
I would def recommend saracino then as it gives you plenty of tie to work with it. Good luck with the cake, if you get stuck give me a shout x
Está bien padre!!!
