But there should be general parks e.g. Hyde Park, Central Park etc. Maybe more natural forest and some small football field. The football field(s) will promote more people to play football in Mumbai and maybe create more footballers like Sunil Chhetri.

Parks where people can hang out and kids/teens can play sports etc. not just play "gully cricket" in their "gully's"!

It will be better if there is proper race course with more afforestation. In a city like Mumbai its necessary to have a open place like this. After all between so many high rise buildings an widen open place neutralizes the mental affect.

Azad maidan was once azad for everyone . Now private cricket Academies and Foot ball clubs uses this ground .

The flats at "The Minerva" start at a minimum of 13.5 crore according to the Shapoorji Pallonji's own website! All the people that paid for those expensive flats will not allow that!
