We have lakes where i live they pay people to sit at the fishing access and talk to every watercraft owner that comes in and depending on where you been they will make you wash your craft with water they supply
In colorado at blue mesa reservoir they make you do an inspection for invasive weeds. muscles etc. They run a hotsy pressure washer through your motor. To kill off anything unwanted. They'll do anchor ropes and probe around and inspect your rig.
That chick laughed an awful lot at the not to late to turn change your mind joke. I wonder if she was laughing like "your right, I might just bail on the wedding" 💀
And Montana won't notice if you come or go 😂 who even are you who cares if you go there or not your not gonna make a massive impact hunting wise weather you do or don't 😂
If it’s not marked how can they get ya. I always wanted to live in Montana but after watching this on here you couldn’t give meaning place in that state
No different than knowing laws of driving on the road. You learn them. Just like it's not posted you must signal 300 feet before you turn, you have to learn it. You are supposed to study boating laws. Most don't because you don't have to pass a test to operate a boat like you do a vehicle. But there should be a test for boating that must be passed before being allowed to operate a boat. People will break a boating law and then cry when they get a citation or get stopped.
I remember stopping by that one with SKC’s Argo and getting weird looks. After one inspector noticed that it had boat numbers and registration they understood why I stopped.
When using tire chains spinning the wheels is always Going to brake the chains or the vehicle and from what I seen my jeep grand cherokee would have made it without chains especially when you know what you are doing and not in the mindset of its not on me to pay for the repairs
I own 80 acres next to state forest. I have hunter shot deer and run into my property. I just let them come in and grab there deer. Idgaf. No need to be a rat queen.
And how could not see anything attached to a kayak or canoe when you pull it out of the water? Not like a boat where you can't see the entire underside
Every lake in my state has the no wake zones clearly marked. Even still without marked, you should know that you should be making a wake near the shore. That's exactly what it is, for revenue and a reason to stop someonenn
That’s crazy take a deer because they went got off private property if they left it there they went to jail. What ever way they went you screwed there law is really messed up
No it’s not. Most areas aren’t marked at all. Just as the private property isn’t always marked. A lot of western states seem to have no marked wake zones
@@winterwolf13 wow! I get the private land not always being marked because that’s up to the landowner but a lake that is controlled by the fish and wildlife dept or water patrol seems like it should be marked. 🤷♂️
@@K.Fulkerson only really like the swimming spots are. Also for private land, Montana doesn’t require it by law to be marked. Most do require it by law and the landowners can be punished if they dont

The thing I don't get is they get on us messing up the dirt trails and roads but if they can't get up the path even with chains right why can they mess up the trails and just not wait for the people in trouble at the end of the path
wow, note to self never got to montana, game wardens should have no right to force a boat to pull over when it is on the road and inspect it if it is not fishing. they are game wardens, they are in charge of wildlife, not dumbass boaters.
Not on the back of a trailer it doesnt. People buy new boats all of the time and drive them home. Government just needs to have their hands and noses into everything. Im all for wildlife management. At one time I was going to be a conservationist but Montana gets too close to human being management.
@@rainwhenidie6666 are you mental? you realize if you have a new boat the stop takes minutes. MINUTES out of your day to ensure montana actually has waterways in 50 years with fish still in them! I know its an insane concept
A Wake zone on a giant lake for real remind me not to go to THIS state already forgot the name of it. Wakey zones on my state are around Marina's. To help stop The Wave from crashing boat into docks.
My god almighty, when you only have 1 set of chains, and you are going uphill, put the chains on the BACK! When going up hill, the steeper it is the more weight on rear and less on front. Probably 90% of traction comes from the rear in this situation. Very basic off-roading, looks bad on the driver’s off road training.
Yeah I never would think to put my only two chains on the front. I'm assuming he did that maybe to help with steering. But you don't gotta worry about steering when you can't move forward lol
L...O.....L. We get it, where you are is wayyyyy better, you should definitely stay there. If you are stuck here in this horrible place, you should definitely go somewhere else. I'm sure America will miss your wonderful contributions.
The more episodes i watch the more i don’t want to go to Montana
Revenue generating fun police....have fun, but not too much fun or pay a fine!
LMAO the dramatic music while dude is driving on a road that really isnt all that bad. Gotta have that dramatic affect!
ya and he needs 4 sets of chains, ignorant
RIP Axel
hopping from one scene to another...it's like watching a tv show and switching to watch another then another. stick with and finish each scene.

To have an UNMARKED wake zone around an entire lake is purely for revenue generation. If it were to protect the shore, it would be marked.
Most lakes across the nation have unmarked wake zones around the shore
Its a money racket
Every lake in my state has the no wake zones clearly marked. Even still without marked, you should know that you should be making a wake near the shore. That's exactly what it is, for revenue and a reason to stop someonenn
The beauty of it is...if you're a local, you already know the regulations. If you're not, it was posted at the ramp where you launched.
Know the regulations, abide by them, and STFU

Yes but you have to still get permission
Montana pushes the boundaries with human being management instead of just wildlife management.
He sould have lowered his rear tire pressure
I live between two lakes. All of the “No Wake Zones” are clearly marked with buoys. Is that not a thing in Montana?
