The only best we got is The Crew as they satisfy both fans.
Imo to make a racing game with motorcycles you need people on your team who like motorcycles. Motorcycles irl are vastly different machines from cars. Forza devs are way more into cars so I rather they stick to that
the problem with modern motorcycle games are they are harder to control than actual motorcycles i really miss the fun of just having to press 1 button to go forward

Good Motorcycle video game options. Back in the PS2 era, Midnight Club 2 were awesome and also Midnight Club Los Angeles and Test Drive Unlimited 1 and 2 were good. In the early 2000s there was a 3D open-world motorcycle game where you kinda went around GTA style doing missions like crime and stuff, you could run over enemies or shoot them, and there were chases around the city to get out of the situation. I had a demo version from a CD that came free witha computer magazine. I can't for the life of me recall what the name was called, it was a lot of fun...
@LAQueja no, no RoadRash didn't have an open world nor missions. This was more GTA style. You could shoot if you wanted, or you could run people over with the bike, and ride zigzag to lose cops. You had to go to places, steal stuff, things like that.. or roam in the city when you're not doing missions.

Loved Days Gone, but if there's something that made that game even better was the bike. They nailed the immersion. Passing thru dangerous areas with the engine off, having to go get gas, everything was just so immersing and fun.

I cant believe you didn't show Tourist Trophy. Its basically Gran Turismo 4 but with bikes. That game was one the best physics based bike games of its time and it has a ton of different kind of motorcycles from scooters all the way up to supersport race bikes. The only thing it doesn't have is Harley Davidson cruisers or anything of the such seeing how its all race based riding. Such an incredible game i couldn't put it down until i collected all the bikes and its not easy to do that.

i honestly don't recommend that game, it feel you are driving a Bus instead of a motorcycle, very slow direction changes, slow braking, seems the bike weights 300kg the speed sensation is bad i'm really disappointed bcause i played for 10+ years SBK Generations anyway, the answer is Yes, you can change settings for every aspect you said before
The really sad thing is that to this day no motorbike game still supports virtual reality! In car driving simulators (and simcades), I can no longer do without VR, feeling like I'm actually in the cockpit of my favorite cars is an unattainable experience when playing "behind a screen", and I would like to try the same experience even while riding motorbikes! 😭 But my favorite motorcycle game of all time remains "Riding Spirits 2" for PS2!

But in my opinion, in terms of gameplay they were even better than Polyphony's "Tourist Trophy" (2006). And already in 2002 you could hear the noise of the air in the helmet which increased with speed, the wake effect of the opponents, much better than in the "Ride" series from Milestone released many years later.
Unfortunately the in game menu does not have this option to remap buttons… You can remap most buttons through the accessibility settings on the playstation main menu and then going to custom buttons. As for the steering I’m not sure it let’s you change to D-pad.

Every kind of street/road bike. All the different manufacturers. Even old school GP 500 2 strokes & Yamaha 2 stroke TZ 250 TO Kenny Robert's YZR 500. The game is an older PlayStation 2 game called Turist Trophy! BASICALLY it's exactly the older versions of PlayStation's Grand Turizmo, but with only MOTORCYCLES!! What you're looking for are probably dirt bike/motocross games, but sadly you can't get off your bike and walk. And to think about it, what would be the game about? I mean, offroading with a motorcycle in an open world setting? It's just too niche I think.
Tbh snowrunner physics work better at slower speeds. Get too fast and they are uncontrollable. Especially on pavement. I absolutely love snowrunner btw. Got at least a 1000 hrs in it.

For everyone complaining about the physics of ride 5 and isle of man get the crew motor fest it's such a awesome motorcycle game you might have to tweak the controller settings a little but that's easy you can get full set up guides on yt the game itself has sum bugs but it's fun once you get used to them

@RacingXTV Yes it is an game for the PS2, but back in the days when the PS2 was the latest console for Playstation it was just as fun maybe more fun to play as the latest Grand Turismo game out at that time. Sony & Playstation should bring Tourist Trophy all new and updated. I'd buy. It for sure. I'm going to subscribe to your channel if I haven't already.

Would be fun to have a bike game with offroad physics like that Snowrunner game. But in openworld multiplayer game where you can also walk like in gta5. Days gone comes close tho but not a fan to constantly watch for zombies. Didn't death stranding have motor?
What you're looking for are probably dirt bike/motocross games, but sadly you can't get off your bike and walk. And to think about it, what would be the game about? I mean, offroading with a motorcycle in an open world setting? It's just too niche I think.
Tbh snowrunner physics work better at slower speeds. Get too fast and they are uncontrollable. Especially on pavement. I absolutely love snowrunner btw. Got at least a 1000 hrs in it.

as of right now i have put over 600 hours on mx bikes in the past year. i love it, but if you get mad easily prob wont be the best game after a long and stressful day of work. unlike some of the others its extremely biased on mods

For everyone complaining about the physics of ride 5 and isle of man get the crew motor fest it's such a awesome motorcycle game you might have to tweak the controller settings a little but that's easy you can get full set up guides on yt the game itself has sum bugs but it's fun once you get used to them
The Crew games are definitely the go-to arcade racers.
