Thanks again Dr. Nalda. I do sleep on my back most of the time. But turn on my left side, my curve is on my right side, and I wake up with tight right thigh muscle. These are from a fall which caused nerve damage. LK from Canada❤❤❤😊😊😊
Same. I have lumbar scoliosis as well, and I've been sleeping in a recliner since I was a teen. If I sleep in a bed (no matter what type) for a couple of days my back hurts so bad that I can't bend over at all.
I have been stomach sleeper my whole life and in February I will be 28 years old, for about an year I am experiencing pain in my back, sometimes it is in upper sometimes in lower back, on x ray images it is shown that I have small kyphosis, upper right scoliosis, and straighten lumbar lordosis, before i started experiencing pain, for about 3 months i was woken up by pain in my whole back, and then I wolud lay on my back, after that on my side and go back to sleep or if time is right, I wolud wake up and get out of the bed, thankfully although I still sleep on stomach I don't have that type of pain, sometimes in lumbar spine I feel pressure (can't say it is pain), and that is it. Unfortunatley i have pain mostly when I sit, and i am trying to maintain neutral spine but it don't always work, just to mention from june to September I was swimming actively, since August/September I am doing some of scoliosis excercises and I workout in gym 4 times a week, sometimes a go to swim also, and if I measured it right, my curve got smaller from 5 degree to 3 degree, now I am in doubt is my pain maybe comping from kyphosis because in april 2020 for about an month or two I had pain in upper part of my back, because I have rounded back and shoulders, 3 months of swimming got my posture better then it was when I went on x rays. Also regarding pain it comes for about month, month and a half or two months, and then it stops for about month, and then again, and I am really in dilema from what it is coming :/ Also I have to mention when I lay on a floor on my back it feels good, and usually I don't have pain, when I am doing wall sits exercise for my knees, I feel little discomfort in my back but not pain, that is probably because of bigger muscle, before I was doing exercises sometimes I would feel sharp pain in lats area in my back, but as my curve got smaller that part is getting better, when i sit on a hard chair without upper back support I lean more towards front and after a while upper and back starts hurting, that it I think, I am sorry on a large text, but I didnt know how to shorten it, do you have any idea what is the probem ? And just to mention, I am starting to try side sleep, but on my bac there is no way I can, I just dont know how unfortunatley :/

Excellent videos and have your recent book. At 77, on top of myofacial pain syndrome since 1993, diagnosed recently with lumbar levoscoliosis. I have done warm water exercise since 1997, cardiac rehab, but could use help in how I can best help myself with scoliosis. Any persons in the Tulsa or Oklahoma City area who practice your methods, assymetrical exercise, etc??

I also have scoliosis and when I asked my doc he told traditional bracing doesn't decrease the curve but instead prevent it from getting worse usually recommend during the adolescent phase, idk about the corrective bracing which is mentioned in the video but general bracing doesn't work

No. Bracing is only effective for kids when your still growing and your growth plates haven’t fused.

Are you able to travel to Celebration FL?
Why won't insurance companies cover a scolibrace but they cover the other ones
All insurance plans are unique. Some patients have had success in receiving reimbursement for some of the cost while others have not.
