So glad I found your videos today. I was starting to despair as I am not used to having pain in my back and this year it's been rough.. I had been wary of doing extension exercises because it messed him up worse when he tried the Mackenzie method. I now realize that my problem is very different from his. Doing the cobra extensions is really just what I need I think. Thank you for these wonderful explanations.
Read the OG Mckenzie book first part, but was too much blabla and text, this video explains it directly without non or little relevant side info, I might read the treatment part later, i might not! Thanks!
I get sciatica on both sides. The Mckenzie method is the only thing that helps me. Oh, remember, do not tighten your gluteal muscles as you do the back extensions!!! It will either not work as well or not work at all.
