I fell at work 4/16/22 and I feel I'm getting worse. I'm a train wreck. I'm so excited I accidentally came across you!! I will be bringing you to my deposition...lol Thank you for your prescious time! I honestly wish I could afford to gift you something but no work no TD from WC pay. I believe if I do these exercise and practice this I can avoid surgery and strengthen my core without barring weight on my feet. Again thank you Happy Thanksgiving... I'm adding you to my 6 things I'm thankful for everyday to keep my spirits up I was challenged and you are now officially on the list🤭😁☺️🌹🥳👏🙌🙏😇🥰
I just found you I am thankful i have spondylothesis and it’s grade 2, I have been having weird sensations on my left hip area, so I love that you show us how to deal with this
when is the posterior pelvic tilt followed by the "bridge" exercise? how and when are these seperate? For some reason I thougt my PT did both, but my memory is poor.
William, the posterior pelvic tilt is separate from a bridge. A bridge can be done in posterior pelvic tilt or neutral pelvic alignment and a PT will cue their patient based on the mechanics that best address the person's needs. In your case, your PT likely deemed that the posterior pelvic tilt followed by the bridge would create the best outcomes for you.
DEAR MADAM, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUST YOU TO UPLOAD DETAIL VEDIO OF ROOT CAUSE / IMBALANCE OF SWAY BACK POSTURE, SYMPTOMS & EXERCISE TO BE DONE TO GET RID OF SWAY BACK POSTURE. I HAVE STUDIED SWAY BACK DEFORMITIES IN ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL ASSESMENT BY DAVID. J MAGEE BUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND BY COMMON PEOPLE LIKE US.

Is this the same as facet joint anthrosis?
It's brutal and can cause urinary issues which sent me to the ER
