Variate Weight Tuning

I finally got my order of variator weights and dialed in the variator. I ended up at 3.5 G weights. I noticed a vibration issue with the carb that I need to address next.

haha It is not suppose to! I am having an vibration issue. I think I think I am missing a little disc in there.

@@Corn-ped Try running hoses upwards ziptied to catch some of that. It will still drain if the bike goes sideways

Carb vent? May be a float height issue or dirty float needle seat, worn out float needle.
Its not shutting off the flow of fuel intermittently during throttle. It should stop furl from flowing whenever bowl is full

The engine vibrates a lot at a specific rpm and the carb is hard mounted so it shakes.

Probably lewks a puddle when youre parked and petcock on. That or fuel line clamp leak

nope. only leaks at a certain RPM.

50 cc? Or kitted? How much of an upgrade improvement was the six roller variator?

it is kitted to 70cc. The 6 roller polini variator is a huge upgrade!
