Hello David, when I saw the exterior cladding of this house it made me think of my previous home. We call it sandstone bands. Here we have Saxon Switzerland with the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. There this stone is mined (it is really sand that has been pressed over billions of years) is a very soft and breathable stone. Many buildings here in the region are built from this stone, including the Frauenkirche in Dresden. A really great house. 3 garages, this wonderfully large main room with the beamed ceiling and the backyard area. It's a shame that the view doesn't go into the mountains. Yes, it is a model house. But it has a nice equipment with a pool and is completely sufficient. I would love to have the hob on Center Island because then you can cook and eat together in good company and I don't have to constantly look at the wall. The 3 bedrooms round off the really great house very well. Thanks for the video and have a nice weekend. HD
