Great looking Unit. By far the most unique "town home" I've ever seen. HOA fee's is a scam, especially starting at 400+ and the Club pricing is just outrages. Good review however.

Absolutely gorgeous property! This is officially my 2nd favorite of all the ones that I have watched from David. But I do have one issue with this : I really don't like the idea of paying $400+ for HOA and then not having access to the community amenities. I mean how does the HOA come that high if it does not include any of the community amenities? I am assuming that this "clubhouse" access includes using the pools, courts, etc. That is a twist that I did not like despite an absolutely gorgeous condo or townhome.

Price for home is perfect. A third story view is spectacular. This home will appreciate in price quickly.

Beautiful condo but the open stairs are a little unsafe and isn't that the newer side mounted garage door opener in the right-side corner? I can't see paying a Club Fee of $5,000.00 and still having to pay Monthly Club Dues of $216 on top of the $471 per month HOA. There better be some extortionary amenities associated with $687 in monthly fees.

The model is not for sale currently. They sell the models at the very end of the community. They do have a spec that’s highly upgraded in the 900s.

The only thing I'd change in this home is to replace the stairs pony wall with clear glass railings to make the space even more open feeling! Really beautiful and unique set up! 👍🏻 Loads of storage which is fantastic!
